Luckily my daughter didn't listen to the expets. She had her car towed there because her steering wasn't right. After some back and forth they told her she needed a new battery and explained how that would effect the steering. They were going to test drive it to be sure 5 days later, $135 new battery and all good
She calls me on way to campus that it's still terrible. Her dad drove 3 hrs to see and agreed. Took it back there after hours.
Surprise now we are told the frame or something is rusted out. There is no way they did as they said when they were taking 5 days to change a battery for a steering problem.
Luckily she didn't try to drive home, by herself as they told her it was good.response / report this review -

Excellent service for a fair price
I had set up an appointment to have a wheel alignment inspection completed (as a double-check after my installing some lowering springs and setting the base alignment myself), and while the entire visit did take some time (a little work needed to fix corrosion in one of my wheels that was causing the tire mounted to it to leak around the bead), I was only charged for this correction, and my car's alignment was given a clean bill of health - at no added cost to me. I even got to take an up-close look at the system used to check it.
On top of that, the associate who completed a majority of the work even took time to clean the carbon buildup in the tip of my custom exhaust for no extra charge, along with making suggestions about potential ways I could save money on materials for routine maintenance for my car.
Nice work, guys- I'll definitely be back for future tire-related needs!response / report this review -

Todd, and his associate's basically saved me n my daughters life. I owe them all a Thank You!!! I had lent my car to someone I should not have trusted (Alton Carter), he was upset with me n upon returning my car to me, he had loosened all of the bolts holding the engine on my car so that if I hit a bump, the whole engine would have fell, causing an accident. I'm so grateful to them for their workmanship, awesome customer service and great service. Thanks to Ziegler's thorough workmanship, me and my daughter made it home safely. Thank you Todd and associates!!!! You guys are awesome👏
