My AC unit stopped working, so I called Kelley & Dawson Service expecting to make an appointment several days out. They sent a technician the same day. He was very competent getting right to the root of the problem and performing the necessary repairs quickly. He was also very personable. I recommend them without hesitation.

I was in a pinch.

Weeks of 95+ temperatures and our AC goes out. With wifey being 8 months pregnant I turned all my energy toward solving the problem. But ultimately I was befuddled, baffled and discombobulated. I checked the power, the fuses, the wiring, the ground, cleaned the contacts and even replaced both capacitors. I watched several "How To/DIY" videos on YouTube. Nothing. Couldn't figure out why the darn thing wouldn't turn on. Needless to say, I was exceedingly vexed. It took much restaint to keep myself from shooting that AC unit.

So 3 hours into it I gave up and, swallowing my pride, began calling around. All the HVAC places were of course booked till the next day or even till the next week. There was one however, Kelley and Dawson Service, that came through for me and said a guy could be out later that same day. Praise the Lord!

Sure enough, the van rolls into the drive about 4 hours later. The chap who exited the vehicle was about 12 years old and I was like, "Oh great, a rookie." He was polite and responsive and jumped right into his work. Really seemed to know what he was doing. Within 20 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and an hour later the AC unit was operational once again.

I'll be recommending Kelley and Dawson Service in the furture for sure.
