Bed was really hard, no box spring, tiny tv, smaller than my computer screen at home, in a residential area overlooking the lake, but there is dogs that bark. They have those cheap light filtering blinds, that just doesn't do the job to make it dark in the room to sleep. Floors were really dirty, cause, my white socks got dirty really quick.

Tv is 12 inches, but didn work, tile floor everywhere had filthy grout & was really slick, be careful not to fall, they wouldnt let you walk out the back way to the lake, because someone had fallen before and sued them, and they wanted us to sign a waiver to go out the back way. Looked like a double bed but advertised a queen, but bed was comfortable/mattress. it was a really old cabin, with a futon that had a gray wool blanket thrown over it

Recently stayed 4 nights. Nice and comfortable rooms, reasonably priced.
The owners were very friendly and accomodating. We had a very nice and peaceful time!

This was by far the most restful nights sleep of any hotel/motel that we have ever stayed at. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. No noisy neighbors. The view from the deck was awesome. Close to restaurants and lake activities. Will definitely stay there again.

We were in the area already (already was staying at the inn at grand glaize (which was awesome as well) just wanted a room closer to everything and the price tonight was cheaper then it was over there, andI can give this a five star immediately. Room was immaculate. Greeted by a woman who showed us the room and around the properly without even being asked and answered any questions we had. Great lake view as well. Definetly one that won't break the bank but won't disappoint either!

This is a great find - ideal location for sightseeing and taking part in the activities in the area, close to the outlet mall and a lot of restaurants, and with great views over the lake. For the price this was great value.
We stayed in a top floor (of 2) room with a deck out back that was great to watch the sunset from. The room was no-frills large and functional, with all the basics. The room had a bed (fairly hard) table and chairs and couch, and the kitchenette had a fridge coffeemaker and microwave.
Staff were great too, and very friendly.
The Wifi we did have occasional trouble connecting to, and the TV only had 3 channels, but for the money I thought this was exceptional value.
