My wife and I were traveling and were ready to find a place to stay. We found Best Western + Daphne to be an excellent place to stay. I believe that we got a great value for our money.

My wife and I came here for a weekend getaway. The room was huge and had a hot tub that was very relaxing. Movie channels were nice while I was waiting for her to get ready and we watched a movie at the theater across the street. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

This is an excellent place to spend any amount of time. Great location across from a shopping center with several places to eat, shopping, and a movie theater. The room was great and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely remember this place if I'm back in The area.

Loved it. Breakfast was awesome, several choices. Had two separate stays within a week traveling to Florida. Beds are comfortable but have 4 little soft pillows. It's located in a nice area around shopping.

Awesome and clean. Great breakfast bar. Quiet. Comfy beds, fat towels. Friendly welcoming staff. Would most def recommend. Bonus! No pets=no yapping poopin dogs n cats.

The bed covers were dirty and sheets looked like they had been slept on. Cockroaches running around the room. The shower head was sitting on the counter by the sink. Had trouble getting the AC working and had to take a cold shower as there was NO hot water. Told by front desk that could be corrected but still no hot water. Only thing decent about this stay was a somewhat edible breakfast. Wasted 16000 points for a free night. If I bought those point it would equal $160.00 for the worst room I have ever stayed in, EVER!!!!

Eric was extremely helpful both each time we stayed at this facility. He presented an amazing array of food for breakfast each of the mornings we were departing. He kept the food coming so everyone would have what he or she needed. Eric and Chris were very helpful while making our reservations. We used our AARP discount each time and received an appreciated discount on both stays.
The rooms were very clean, bed was great, loved the sofa in the room (which we used to relax after our long drive) towels were thick and looked new! We were quite pleased the first time we stopped at this facility so we decided that on the return trip. We knew that we did not want to take a chance with the other hotels in the area because this one left such an amazing impression the first time. We now have this Best Western Plus saved in our phone so when we come this way again we will be staying here again. Our thanks to all for doing such an amazing job!response / report this review -

Really nice place to stay. The locations is great. It is quiet and allows for some relaxation after a day on the road. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. I will stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and pleasant. Great value. Room was attractive and the bed. comfortable. Tasty hot breakfast was a bonus. Only negative was loud a/c fan. Had to turn up TV to hear it.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Best Western Daphne. Previous experiences with the Best Western brand have not been as positive. This hotel, however, has All the Right Stuff: the appearance of the hotel, the comfort & cleanliness of the room, the condition of the amenities, and the delicious hot breakfast. It is set back from the freeway so the area is quiet, and it is very close to stores and restaurants.

Our family spent 4 nights at this hotel. Our room was an acceptable clean (noticed a few sequins that did not get vacuumed up). The beds and pillows were comfortable to sleep in. The best thing was how quiet the hotel is. Never heard anything from outside or the rooms next door even though they were completely booked for 2 of the nights. We did have a couple of complaints. First, on our 3rd morning at breakfast my son went to get some more apple juice. He arrived at the same time as the worker in the breakfast area. Even though he was standing there she proceeded to lock it so he could not get more juice and never acknowledged him or explained why she went ahead and locked it. Second, one evening we returned to find our room not cleaned completely. The trash was emptied and we received new towels but the beds were not made, no new shampoo/conditioner (even though the others had been used) and tissue was not replenished (it was almost empty). I do have to say the breakfast was tasty and changed some every morning. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Stayed here overnight while traveling. Just interested in sleep and breakfast. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little above average. Staff was polite and efficient. Would stay here again if not traveling with my dogs. No pets here. Boo.

We arrived at Mobile Alabama with a dirty car. We used Google to find a car wash which lead us to a very bad location. As we went downtown to the city center, we did not get a good vibe. We found a police officer that advised us to go to Daphne as it had much to offer. This hotel was amazing and the jacuzzi suite was superb. The morning after, breakfast was buffet style, as a complete breakfast with sausage, ham slices, eggs, waffles (do it yourself), and many other amenities. Great stay and very close to Pensacola (less than an hour away)
