Everything you would expect from a private hospital. Friendly staff, great docs and service. I had knee surgery and had the surgery and then PT at the site. Nothing but great things to say about the total experience. Thanks you for getting me back to my normal life pain free!!!

Worst experience ever. I was here just for a random knee pain. Came here at 5:30pm and now it's 8pm, still the doctor didn't see me. Nurses here will keep saying, 15min but it's never 15min. When I go and talk to the nurse, as a formality they check your temperature, Blood pressure and kill more time. Definitely won't recommend anyone here. A 1 star rating is also not eligible for this, but I could not post without any rating.

We have been calling and leaving voicemails 3 times a day on all lines and cannot get surgery scheduled. Impossible to get anyone live, and no on returns calls.

I have been coming here for the past year for my knee and received excellent care. Dr. Halloren and his secretary are both amazing. I stoped by today to get my medical records and his secretary wasn't there. The staff were very rood and were reluctant to give me MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS!. Every patient has the right to their records and there is no reason to be rood about it.

Massive waste of time, very unprofessional doctor. I had two appointments for a knee injury.
First appointment, I came in and waited for an hour in the overfilled waiting area. Finally, got called and waited in the exam room for 30 more minutes! Not good that I am waiting 1.5 hours after my scheduled time, but whatever, it happens with doctors occasionally. Doctor finally comes in, does a quick 10 minute exam with few questions, and wants to book MRI. As I finally get to ask a single question, he rushes out of the room mumbling and scheduling the MRI. He never returns, someone else comes in and tells me I'll get a call to schedule. This is the worst first impression I've ever had at a doctors office, but maybe he just wanted to get the MRI done before diving too deeply into being a doctor. Managed to get the MRI the same day.
Second appointment, I probably waited 40 minutes to see him. Still a bit long, but more reasonable. The doctor come in, rapidly telling me what he thinks the issue is and that I should do some PT and get a brace. I have many questions still, but since he was talking about the brace, I simply asked about the brace. As soon as I get the question out, he rushes out of the room mumbling that he'll bring me an example of the brace. Huh? I asked one question and he's already rushed out of the room AGAIN. Sure enough, he doesn't return someone else comes in offering a brace that I can't use and I just have to leave. He probably spent 7 minutes with me.
Both appointments, they kept me waiting around for a long time, rushed through the appointment they were late for, and refused to answer any questions.response / report this review -

My thanks to Dr Wingerter and the staff for excellent care. I have had both hips replaced over a 10 week period and I am doing great. I took advantage of the in house rehab which kept my rehab routine on track.

After an emergency room visit to know we needed a specialist, they were the first website I visited. I cannot rave enough about how quickly they got us in, how they explained all the surgery stuff we needed to know and how they are still after surgery following up. We will never go any other place!

Dr. McCullough is very knowledgeable and has good rapport but they are always running way behind. Even a morning appointment is at least 15 to 30 minutes behind schedule.

Without a doubt, the most professional and caring staff of physicians I have had the pleasure to operate on me. The best of the best. Their support staff is also the best I have dealt with .
