Worst ER I have ever been to! Just took my dad there with stomach pain and they would only run a CT scan to find the cause which they didn't find one They said make an appointment with the doctor which I said would be a week and they didn't care. They discharged him and said there will always be aches and pains and no one will know why. Good place for bandaids not for real problems.

We took our Granddaughter to the ER last Friday night June 2nd and appreciated the caring way she was treated. We so appreciated the night nurse who was so kind. Thank you both Doctors and Nurses

Both my wife and I have had surgeries here. Our babies were born here. We've spent many days/nights in the ER here. We've always received top quality care. I wish I could rate individual departments. My only drawback to the hospital as a whole is the lousy billing.

Camping in area and come this hospital and I'm here as I'm writing this is the slowest hospital ever and not even busy. I've been here since 7pm and it now 12:17am. All room pretty much empty I have crohns and diabetes 2. They treat you like your a faker and like why here. Still waiting on results. Dr Palmer come in once and cough away but not cover his mouth. My two family members couldn't believe it. I recommend never come this hospital!!!!! Thank goodness my hospital I usually go to cause my health problems is 100% better

My mother was hospitalized at Cole for 3 weeks with severe injuries from a fall. She received excellent care from the surgery team, Dr Giannati, to the nursing staff on both the third and fourth floor. I would highly recommend Cole Memorial to anyone who wants quality, personal care.

Upon moving to the area, it took over TWO YEARS to get a PCP. Their computer system does NOT work, referrals made, are never made. Appointments made, are never made and you arrive at said appointment only to be told that you don't have the appointment, NOR the referral, yet it still shows as completed on the referring doctors end. Messages to your physician, once you get one, are never received on their end. The links on their "Cole Connect" to their own facility do NOT work.how hard is it to copy/paste a web address or type it in? Their ER is extremely slow, and many of the nursing staff have the personality of a bear, with care from them about parallel. If you are not dying, and can make it someplace else, or obtain care elsewhere, I highly recommend that you do so. Living rural should NOT mean that your health is in danger due to substandard care on the part of the facility. No wonder they cannot keep physicians.
