  Why in the world would you keep your misleading Urgent Care sign up when you only take care of children with it??
  Not an effective way for an adult in need to get their treatment started. Not world class folks!

  I was sitting in a busy waiting room. When I came to the window to check in. The girl sat there for 5 min. Before she opened the window. After waiting 35 min, after my appointment time, I asked how much longer. She said it would be another hour. What.. 2 hours past my appointment time. No thank you!!!! I left. Everyone else in the waiting room was complaining, kept going to the window to ask how much longer, and heard them talking that they had been there for 2 hours already. One girl said last she waited 3 hours before seeing the doctor. Worst doctors office ever!!!!!

  Montrose health and wellness center has no, that is zero van accessible wheelchair parking. Numerous spots are labeled as such with the lined area to the right for side entry vans but the lined areas are not wide enough for me to put my ramp down and exit my van. So I park in the last spot and exit onto the sidewalk. Or if this spot is taken I use 2 regular spots and park at an angle. This has gotten me foul notes on my windshield. Not here so far but at other places.
  If parking wasn't against ADA regulations this place would earn 5 stars from me.

  Had my shoulder destroyed at work.
  After 6 months of waiting for workers comp to approve my surgery, Dr. Kantaras got me in for surgery quickly & fixed my shoulder completely.
  It is nice to have good physical therapists, in the same facility, who understand the work he did. Everyone is incredibly helpful & accomidating.
  Having my doctor, surgery & physical therapy in the same facility really made a difference!

  My mother was scheduled for a colenoscopy there today first thing in the morning. She found a driver, cleaned out her system was ready to go! We get there and they tell us they forgot to schedule her. She made the appointment a month ago! They tell us we can reschedule or wait till 1130am. So we decide to wait.. then after waiting were told because of her outstanding balance of 200 dollars they won't be able to do the procedure. They then send us to akron. This place is the most unorganized unreal place I've ever been too! Looks can be deceiving is definitely true in this case! The only reason she's behind on her medical bills is because she's sick! Hints why she's there!! Duh! Never again!

  The architecture designs are well thought out for this hospital. Everything is clean. The service is a tad unhelpful but with time they will get to what you need.

  Wife waited 2 hours to see a doctor on a Wednesday afternoon. Asked to sit in the waiting room with a gown on. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS AN URGENT CARE. With that wait time you might as well go to an emergency room.
