Would not honor warranty on tires less than 3 weeks old, Lug nuts came Loose cause damage to tires, Said it was my fault because I didn't check Tightness On lugnuts after 2 weeks. We notice a lot of vibration so pulled over checked the lug nuts and tightened them vibration stopped but tire was already losing the tread on the outer edge. It is an RV not being driven often. Being a business owner myself I believe you should take care of customers and be sure they're happy, So they will come back for their next set of tires ;(

I've bought several sets of tires from this Kan Rock Tire location and the staff is great there they always seem to hook me up.. They price matched for me every time as well.

Called earlier in the day asking about having tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle. Was told to go ahead and drop the vehicle off and it would be done today. After I wasted my time driving out here, and setting up a ride from here and back out I was told I needed an appointment. Very disappointed in the poor management and communication skills of the supposed manager Anthony.

I went to Kan Rock to see if my van needed an alignment. They tested it for me at no charge. As it turns out, it didn't need an alignment, and they respectfully let me know that no service was needed. The associates that helped me (the guy at the front desk and the mechanic) both were helpful and answered my questions.

What good does it do to call at 4:30pm to ask how late you are open, ask how much 4 loose wheels would be to balance, and say im on my way only to drive 25 mins to get there to hear "I have 2 cars ahead of you, can you come back tomorrow?". Thanks for wasting my time man

Unable to install tires without gouging wheels. This is the 3rd and last time I use kan rock. It's not special wheels, just stock, factory wheels on an average grocery getter. I even let the manager know my concerns before they started. Part of the problem is they just do not maintain their equipment. The machines may be high-end, but if you don't grease them or care for them, they cause damage. I've been going to kanrock for years and notice that the same grease zerks on the same machine never were touched. They still have the factory paint over the ball. The first time they did replace the wheel, but this last round they did not. Between the machine arm dropping into the wheel and guys not using the nylon guards on the irons, they ruined lots of wheels.
