  If I could leave zeros stars, I would! Had to call multiple times just to confirm that an item on their website was indeed in stock and on the lot ready for pick up. I did not call on a weekend or what sounded like a busy time. I was repeatedly told that someone would run out to lot and verify and call me back. Didn't happen. Called back and didn't happen. Called third time and then asked myself, why do I need to give these lazy people my hard earned money when I can go somewhere that has knowledge of products for sale and actually provides some sort of customer service!? This type of inferior service won't keep a business in business for very long.

  I walked in to buy a Kubota BX and Lance scribbled on a sheet of paper his estimate of the final price. By the time the tractor was delivered the final price had not varied at all. His original estimate was exactly what I paid. Great service and a great experience.

  Tried to buy a double bottom plow, called a few days before to get measurements to see if I would need to bring a trailer. I was assured it would fit in my van, and made the two hour trip to get it and it didn't fit. I was offered no solution except come back.
  
  It looks like they have nice equipment at fair prices, but terrible customer service.

  Don't waste your time. Overpriced junk and unless you are willing to overpay, Steve won't return your phone calls. Been trying to make a deal on some farm equipment for 2 weeks and Steve won't contact me back when he says he will. Shop around and beware.

  I needed to replace my lawn tractor last summer with a zero turn. Steve was really helpful in spending time with me showing me the different models and then recommending the correct size Kubota for my yard. I purchased the Kubota and love it. Today, I needed a new chainsaw. Lance was really knowledgeable and helped me choose a new Jonsered saw. I bought the saw and works great! Its exactly what I was looking for. The service and selection here is great. Highly recommend this family owned business!!!

  In 2011 I purchased a Kabota GR 2020 garden tractor from Steve, being handicapped they modified the snow blade for me so that it could be operated from the hydraulic system on the mower deck. What a GREAT JOB it did!! With all the snow we had the last two seasons, The GR2020 did the job & NO NEED FOR CHAINS it pushed all of it!! THANK YOU STEVE & GOD BLESS!!
