Great experience with the help of Mark Lantzy! My Grand Cherokee had a small leak in one of the tires and they were able to patch it so quick near closing time!! Will be back for a new set of tires in a couple months!

I had a major break issue back in 2012, brought my car here and was extremely impressed with the service. I've been coming ever since and even referred my parents. Today I came in after a 12 hour shift at the hospital and was in and out in 30 minutes with a good price on a new tire. You have my business for as long as I'm in Michigan!

I brought my truck here to have a tire patched and about a month later as I went to leave for work the same tire was flat. So I put the spare on and took the tire to a shop that i trust near my work on my lunch break. They determined it was leaking from the same spot rochester tire had repaired. He took the tire off the rim and showed me the hack job they'd done to the inside of my tire. They removed a 2"×2" square of rubber right down to the belt and just stuck a 1" round patch over the hole with no tire sealant at all. The guy explained to me that it was very unsafe and irresponsible to repair a tire like that. I called rochester tire to make a complaint and the guy who answered was rude and tried to make me feel like the idiot. I will never go back.

These guys will always talk straight and never over charge. They have taken care of my car and have been honest and helpful. Great place to go where you know the mechanics will always be honest and trear you fairly.

Can't recommend this place enough. The front of my car was involved in a fender bender and so the bumper was detached and a plastic sheet from the bottom was hanging off such that driving on the highway when windy would make it sound pretty terrifying. Took my car in and they re-attached the plastic sheet and pushed the bumper back on for NO CHARGE! They told me I should, at some point, get the bumper re-attached (the clips were gone so it could come un-attached again) by taking the car to an actual Nissan shop as they would have the exact parts, which was also good to know. Overall, quick, friendly staff, and very reasonable (didn't charge me anything!) Would definitely come here again.

Rochester Hills Tire and Service is the best! We have been taking our vehicles there since 2008 and have been 100% satisfied every time. You will find them to be very courteous and knowledgeable and you will always get great, fast service at a very, very fair price. We take our vehicles there for just about everything: tires, brakes, shocks, struts, engine service and every type of mechanical problem. I highly recommend Rochester Hills Tire and Service!

Would highly recommend. I have brought our cars in for a few years and they always impress me. Very trustworthy and do all they can to help save you money. We recently brought our Van in for an alignment and the mechanic named john communicated with my wife while I was out. He was extreamly curtiouse and explained things to her in great detail. She complained about minor issues like the doors sticking in the cold, and the rear wiper not making contact with the window. These were issues that the car was not brought in for that I planned to address. John took it apon himself to remedy these issues and did not charge us. I couldn't believe it. I'm not saying they will or should give away service but in this instance he helped us out. The work that we brought the car in for was fully taken care of at a great price and in a timely manner. Again I can not say enough good about them. And if the owner happens to read this your whole staff is awesome but the way john went out of his way to help us this last time and the way he took time to explain things to my wife where she understood everything was just great, please give that guy a raise.

Have been going to this repair shop for about 4 years. Recently had them do the 100,000 preventative maintenance on a vehicle, including a wheel bearing. Fast forward about 6 months and there was a noise so I took the car to them to check it out.turned out to be the wheel bearing. This is where their exceptional customer service comes to light: John took the car from me and got me home, that afternoon I called to get a status on the vehicle and John told me that they stand behind their work and would be repairing it for free. No other song and dance to get more money from me, just 'We apologize and come get your car'. They have my continuing business. Highly recommend these folks.

These guys are an institution in Rochester! They do great work, stand behind their repairs, offer very competitive pricing, and always put the customer first. Finding a great place to take your car is like finding a great doctor or day care. Once you've found one, you never feel uncomfortable again. You won't be disappointed. I'd give them 10 stars if i could!
