  I’m not the kind of person who likes to call for help, however I called my insurance company for road side assistance for the first time in ten years, because my car broke down on the road leaving work at night, and was matched with Taylor’s Family Car Care for towing. The gentleman showed up before the estimated time, and his experience and advanced knowledge, combined with his extremely friendly attitude, and the very fast work from their very kind Dispatcher, turned my night from an extremely frustrating and stressful situation, to a calm drive home in my own car, as they were able to quickly repair my car to a driveable condition. I am very appreciative and impressed with the service that Taylor’s Family Car Care provided to me, and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

  One of the best places I've taking my truck for repair, they don't charge you outrages prices. And there work is always done correctly the first time. I would recommend them to everyone looking for great work, at a reasonable price.

  This place sucks wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all took 5 hours for driver to show up at my place and then did not call me when they got there like I asked and towed the car without me being there like I asked. Asked them to call me when they were there and they failed. very bad place to go to. They suck.

  Had to have them tow my 2016 Malibu. David, who towed my car, took the time to introduce himself and did a great job. I would definitely use this company for towing again.

  Terrible service.
  The tow truck driver didn't show up for almost 2 hours. We called them at 614ish am they arrived at 8am. So pretty much 2 hours. When they got there they sat for about 30 minutes before they even attempted to tow our vehicle out. Our Local tow truck driver passed by and decided he was going to stop and help because, he asked us at 630 if we needed a record we declined because, we were told that our record from Taylor's would arrive in 10-15min. After our local tow truck company pretty much loaded the vehicle for the Taylor company my fiancé said he'd like the car towed to my uncles house. The driver ignored him and said it's going to their business because that's what the insurance said. WELL, we called the insurance company, not one time did they say to tow it to their business. What was actually said was, "The driver will direct you where to tow the vehicle". Not even that, the tow truck driver did not even take any information like a usual tow truck driver would!!!!!
  Now it's 7pm we were told the tow truck driver was going to bring the vehicle where we originally wanted it and those plans were made at about 2pm. My fiancé had called 3 times. If your going to run a towing business please, Run it right!!!
  Don't waste your time here. We did not even choose to go through them they were set up through our insurance company!!!!!!

  Everything that was suppose to completed was completed correctly and even a few things that i didn't say anything about were repaired and weren't charged for, I noticed it when i was looking over the repairs they did.
  I will definitely go back ! Also will recommend them to my family and friends !!

  Honest, fair and all around great shop. My gf's Equinox needed extensive repairs and Taylors worked with us on the price. We have been going to Taylors for 3 years for regular oil changes and maintenance. I had my truck there last week and I am bringing my gf's car there tomorrow for brakes. A+++ in my book
