Purchased my first Can Am from Ray C's in 2009.which was a great deal and awesome experience. I have since purchased many motorcycles and atvs from this dealership over the years and have been treated very well each and every time. Ray Jr is a great guy and is very knowledgeable and passionate about the products he sells. Love this place and always treated well here.5 stars!

Don't walk into this dealership unless you look wealthy because the sales reps won't even acknowledge you. I had 30k CASH in hand to buy a new toy and I walked around the showroom floor for over 15 minutes and nobody even said hello to me. After finally getting the attention of a sales rep I attempted to make a deal on a new Can-am side by side but Ray C's was unwilling to budge on the price at all. So I walked out the door with my 30k cash in hand. I guess if you walk in wearing sweat pants because it's cold outside they won't even give you the time of day because you look poor. I was supposed to receive a call back the next day on a price for the machine and guess what Ray C's never called me back. I guess I'll take my 30k cash somewhere else.

It's a giant toy store that has most everything a powersports enthusiast could need. Friendly staff who are always happy to help you find what you came for. Very solid pricing on new and pre owned equipment.

They offered in-house financing and after being said when i was denied from banks due to disability the owner acted suprised and said he was going to re-educate his staff. Ive worked 2 sales jobs before i had a surgery stopping me from working. I have been approved elsewhere. But this place is of liars and horrible management. The sales reps only do what their told and taught. False service creates a failed company

Pre-Ordered my GTR 215 there last year and it went ok. This year I walked in and stood around for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged and they never answered my e-mails. They were also about $ 450.00 more expensive on my 2 place Triton trailer and wouldn't budge in the price, so I ended up buying the trailer from somewhere else when I bought my GTR. Will I go back? Probably not.

I was in the store looking for a yxz. Stood looking at it for 10 minutes. While being passed by employees at least 8 times and never once being acknowledged. Also 3 employees were at their desks not 8 feet away. Not one person greeted me or asked if needed anything. Guess they make too much money where the didn't want mine. That's ok I will not be back. Absolutely terrible service.
