Been here 2 and a half hours. In the ER. 4 people have chosen to leave. 1 person actually got called to be examined. One girl completely fainted and got taken away. Waiting room is full and we have no idea when we will be seen. Edit: 15 minutes later. Girl puked and finally got seen. Guess you have to be dying to get seen. Edit: 5 mins later. At least they have a 22 inch tv from 50 feet away.
Edit 15 minutes later. Girl was puking and crying pain. No nurse check up or anything. Another 2 people left. Check back soon.

Medical services are excellent. The odor in Bldg A and the hospital are terrible. There should be no stink emitting. They need better cleaning services.

Horrible service. Not informative, I was charged for urgent care and then told by a nurse that the doctor would not be in for 3 more hours. Gal that checked me in my receipt number is 41599160, you need to do a better job in taking care of patients otherwise quit and leave a position for someone that cares about what they do.

In Urgent Care with a sick kid. When I checked in they said 1-2 hours. Now I’m being told they don’t see Peds Urgent care until after 530pm - 3 hours after I checked in!!!! Makes me want to rethink insurance choices. If they were upfront, I wouldn’t care so much. Hey Kaiser - all about full disclosure!

I am very disappointed with the ER service. My wife is having internal pain and I addressed this ti the from nurse. All she said is we have no beds available and she cannot tell me how long we should. Waiting for more than an hour, seeing some patients with little pain goes by, and no actions from the nurse. No triage at all. No sense of urgency at all by the staff. I am changing my insurance because of this horrible experience.

I want to be clear that I feel the doctors, nurses, and staff working here are great, and, the facilities are well maintained. My current review is regarding the emergency room. They desperately need a better plan for dealing with emergency patients. After fainting at work with my heart continually racing, I was brought to the ER. I waited to be seen for five and a half hours. When I asked the woman at the front desk how much longer it would be, she said 2-3 hours. My problem continued and needed other treatment. However, the point here is that no one should have to wait that long to be seen especially when they are paying premium prices for their care. I also had great compassion for the others waiting as one woman was crying she was in so much pain, two others were vomiting -- it was not a healthy situation for anyone. The staff and nurses seemed very apologetic, but also quite stressed. There simply needs to be a better action plan within Kaiser Administration with more resources put towards emergency care.

Used to like going to this Kaiser but not anymore. It doesn't have anything to do with the doctors. It has to do with the cafeteria. I got scrambled eggs for breakfast and they tasted good. Not to mention it was my birthday. Later that day I went to go to the movies. Right before the movie started I threw up. I realized I had gotten food poisoning from the eggs. Won't come back again. Would rather go to the one in Baldwin Park.

Horrible let a just say I know now what my mom meant about her experience. I had chest pain , my chest still hurts the ran a few test and sent me on my way very rude kick me out fast and a hurry. I came by paramedics from my job. I know nobody that I could call by , the said I didn't qualify for a taxi. I felt horrible like they didn't care it was like " okay she's not having a heart attack she call leave! I'm like really? I don't even leave in the IE area , I only went because I work in Ontario but, never again . I've been a Kasier patient for a long time I just can't believe it, I'm very disappointed.

Please explain to me how it's been more than a week and this incompetent pharmacy fails and can not figure out how to get my birth control for me. I just went back tonight and turns out they emailed the wrong doctor to renew my prescription of birth control, mind you I've been getting this for more than a year with no problems and for some reason now they can't execute a simple task correctly. Who do I need to call, what do I need to do to simply get this. I feel like it's going to take me a month of revisiting to get it. Already week 1 & 1/2 without bc.

I have been very pleased with my Kaiser. I had PPO for years and was worried about switching, but have been pretty happy. Today, however, I went to urgent care because I was having terrible back pain and spasms, stemming from a car accident.

I stood in line at the Ontario/Vineyard Kaiser (building A) for a good half hour. When I finally got to a representative (window #6, at about 3:50 pm), I barely got the words "urgent care" out when she cut me off and told me I had to stand in a different line. Mind you, the line was not marked with a sign that said urgent care.

I could not believe she was so quick to dismiss me. She could have signed me in, but she was too busy training new employees to be bothered with a patient in the wrong line. And your new employees just got a lesson, from her, on how to provide poor customer service.

A big thank you to Nadia, who was the lady who helped me in the urgent Care line. She provided good customer service. Perhaps she should be training new employees. And, BTW , my rating was a three because the lady in window 6 lost you two stars.

I have to go back to urgent care tonight because it's a three hour wait. Nadia was helpful and has put me in the system so my wait will not be long. She is the reason I put back one star. It will be five stars when all your employees are as wonderful as her.

My Son's Ortho Dr appt F/U this evening and we were in & out in less than an hour!! Very good customer service our PA and staff!
Our nurse was also very nice as we were checking out waiting on our paperwork.

Wow!! in and out of the urgent care super fast, first time here. Drove from riverside because of the bad rating at riverside office. Clean place and just quick and easy overall. Pharmacy was busy but still get out in less than 15min..
