Fred helped my husband and I with purchasing our vehicle. He was so patient with us as we came back 3 days in a row and took our time deciding. He wasn't pushy at all, but took a genuine interest in our lives. We really couldn't have been happier with the way we were treated and valued, and we ended up finding the perfect car for our growing family. Thanks so much, Fred!
(It was also a VERY quick process and after we decided were in and out within the hour. Way to go! 🙌🏼)

Anthony worked very fast on the paperwork and answered all my questions. He was also very friendly and great to work with. Isreal was awesome and worked great on giving me a great price. These two guys are amazing as was the General Manager, all worked with me well and took care of me with my issues with the car and the price.

We shopped online for a bit before coming to the dealership. We saw all of our choices available and we test drove the first choice and bought it shortly after. Daniel was great and upfront on the history of the vehicle (which I already knew because I saw the car fax) he gave his personal opinions on some of our choices and wasn’t pushy at all on trying to get us to settle on a vehicle we weren’t to sure on since this car was for my daughter. Anthony, the finance representative, was great as well and has a great smile ☺️!! These gentlemen were friendly and didn’t make this process chaotic or difficult for me. We were pretty much in and out in a little over an hour! Great service and great employees!!!

Brad was very nice and professional. I would like to thank him for taking time out of his day to show my daughter the ins and outs of learning to drive a manual, he was very patient with her. We will definitely recommend him in the future. Thank you Anthony for helping us as well!

My wife and I bought a Mazda Tribute SUV from Charles as a first car for my daughter! We were on a budget and still got a great vehicle! He was very helpful, went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable with the purchase! Would recommend to my friends and family! Thanks KC Used Car Emporium and their staff!

Don't go there. The cars break quickly seems they just fix the cars to work for a little bit to sell them. After that if you don't know how to fix cars you'll have to pay from your packet. Bad experience. I bought a car there and less than 3 months I started having problems with the car. The solution was to trade in the car in a different dealer because I was not going to be expending money all the time fixing the car. Be careful if you go there.

i came down to this lot yesterday and was greeted by a young man named brad we clicked instantly i told him i was looking for a SUV. after checking out a few I decided to test drive the GMC Envoy, and i loved it and Brad was able to sell it to me for a price we both could agree with. Brad was patient the whole time and not pushy. He made my car buying experience an ease and enjoyable. I will without a doubt recommend this car lot to any of my family and friends looking to buy a used car at a great price. 10/10

I went to KC used Car emporium looking to buy a car that had decent miles and was in decent condition. My salesman, Brad, helped me find exactly that. He walked us around the lot and showed us a few different cars explaining all of their details. Brad was very professional, straight to the point, and did an excellent job. In no way was he pushy towards me buying a car he let us take our time and find what we wanted! Ended up buying a 2008 Ford Focus and I love it. Thanks again Brad!!!

I am editing this review since I initially posted it. I am changing the stars to 2 and adding some information. New information: The day after bringing the car home, we noticed an oil leak. The dealership said to bring it back and they would look at it. My husband spent an entire work morning waiting for the car to be looked at (even though he made an appointment time) and was told it was just a loose oil filter. However, the leak continued. We ended up having to replace a vacuum pump at the cost of $1000. The dealership should have known a repair of this magnitude was necessary when they sold us the car. We also did not get our title until 27 days after the sale, leaving me with 3 working days (in the state of MO) to get things taken care of at the DMV in order to avoid penalty.
This review originally read: Very good buying experience with Duffy. He gave honest input, was helpful but never pushy, and very kind. The paperwork process with Rachel was quick and simple. Everyone we met was friendly. Car seems to be a good one at a fair price.

I am giving a 5 star review for a couple of reasons. 1. The sales man Fred was great and happy and generally a nice guy. 2. When filling out paperwork, Rachael was great and understanding and funny she made the process soooo much easier. 3. All these guys are nice and go out of their way to make sure you are getting what want. Now for the actual car buying process I would only give a 3.5. I purchased a car for 8 thousand or so I thought. After we had already paid our down payment and ready to sign they then raised the price to $10,000 due to my credit, which is low so even though I don't like it I understand where the bank is coming from. I was off the lot for 18 hours and my vehicle is experiencing some problems. I called the dealership they immediately gave me the owners phone number. I called Mike and he told to bring the car back in and they would look it over and try and see what is going on. I have not taken it in yet but I will in a few hours and hopefully its something small and they can just send me on my way. I will write a review after this. Otherwise great experience and love this place will definitely come back.

I bought a car here 6 months ago. I thought it was a good place at first, the people were nice and seemed helpful.

They told me they would do a free inspection of 50 or so points. I purchased the car after this so called "inspection". Since the inspection, I have had to do over $1000 dollars in repairs, and I still haven't fixed everything. Repairs include replacing brakes, engine coils, and spark plugs (there are many more but this is just a few). The windows didn't work when I tried to use them after my purchase and it took several phone calls to even get a hold of the right person, who told me to call back when I was "in a better mood". I went down and had to go through nearly half an hour of convincing to even get them to fix half of the windows (they never did the rest). As for the spark plugs, my mechanic told me they've been shot for over a year (long before I bought the car), which should have come up on the most basic inspection. This leaves 3 possibilities for the inspection: it is either not done, done maliciously, or done incompetently. I don't care which it is, because all seem to have the same outcome.

It's probably also worth mentioning that they give out gift cards to anyone who gives them a 5-star review.

    Go somewhere else.
