This place was awesome, we had a ton of fun! I highly recommend this place for anything from fun with a couple of friends to corporate team building events.

Awesome place! This was my first time and the staff was welcoming and informative. This was a great idea for afternoon fun with my buddy I flew in town to see.

Love this place went for my birthday got a free race. Plus if you can go during the week track is empty. Good place to take a date and staff is very helpful

Electric go karts with manual and automation transmission. Really fun experience and helpful staff. This place deserves a sixth star in my book!

I race here pretty frequently with my friends and it usually ends with regret. $35 for two races with people who don't know how to apex and spin out every other turn. Although it frustrates me I can live with it, the (overpriced) cost of public activities. My most recent trip was unacceptable though. BOTH karts I raced in had faulty seat belts that wouldn't stay tight. I'm a skinny guy, without tight belts I was being thrown around so much I eventually said "forget it" and coasted the last half of both races because I didn't want to risk getting into an accident with an incomponent racer or absorbing all the shakes and shutters of the kart at speed through turns with my whole body.

    I think that K1 should:
    *Better maintain their karts
*Better match racers based off of previous races and other analytics they have available
*stop charging for drivers licenses and head socks

Super expensive, but the kiddos love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Avoid the snack bar for anything other than drinks.

Lots of fun! Get the thrills of racing without the expense or risk of racing you own car. Indoors so whether it's raining or 100 degrees out it'll still be a great time to go.

This is the best indoor electric rental karting experience. They have a safe format that rewards great drivers. They also offer an Adult GP Race league on the first sun of each month. The GP race league is made up of the better drivers at each K1 race center. They also offer parties for birthdays and team building business events. I do not work for K1. I am a regular patron and racing enthusiast.

Great entertainment for kids and adults. Electric go-carts are much faster than what you would normally find at Boomers and alike. You can actually acquire some basic racing skills.

Fantastic kart racing. The staff are courteous and professional, they go out of their way to make sure that you have the best racing experience possible. For the best high-speed cornering, g-forces against your body, and in a great environment you have to try this place

Its a hit and miss. Sometimes you have speed and sometimes you get stuck with a messed up car. After speaking with a few employees over time, they pretty much turn up speed when they want to. Or turn up speed in favor of those who know the employees there. To justify that I got the chance to race with some Pro Motorcross racers who were in town and I set my fastest lap that night. But if racing in your average group karts are much slower.

On the plus side it got me to get into gas karting and hitting some real tracks where I dont have to worry about someone controlling my speed.

So expensive! Great for an adult date night. But for kids, for the same price as one race here they can get unlimited go cart racing at boomers. However this place is quite fancy and clean, and not crowded during the week day which is good for date nights.

I love this place. This is the second K1 I've been too and they both were amazing. Only complaint is the wait time to drive. If your looking to have fun with a group of friends give this place a try.

Loved that they had "manual" transmission carts! Apparently they're somewhat new. They're set up as paddle shifters. Unfortunately, the first race I did, they limited my cart to 2 gears instead of 3. Second race I got to use all 3 gears (because I asked) and was able to improve my times. Third race I apparently did not have the option to use one of the manual carts, as they had to charge or something. Either way, I thoroughly enjoyed the added dimension of shifting while racing.

I deducted a star for the fact that they did not have a water fountain and apparently no free water as well as the fact that they didn't run very smoothly. You can get quite parched after a few races and they seemingly want to force you into their drinks. (*Note, I don't know California law, but most states require free water in some fashion.) There was a bunch of down time between races for a while instead of sending one group out as the other finished. They started to get them running quicker as the night went on, but by the point I was about finished.

First signed up, then was called up to the counter. My girlfriend had bought me two races for me and a second driver, with all the license fees. She spent $84.00. I was then told on my gift card which I had not used, had a $0.00 balance. I was then told it only covered 1 license and 2 races for 1 person. Value of $45.00. I was like WTF? I figured there must have been a mistake but they kept telling me that was not the case and would would only give me the 2 races, and allow my friend to take one race. He still had to pay for license fee as well. I came home we checked the charge on her car, and it was $84.00. I will be calling the corporate office. I would like my races. Other than that the races are fun, there were a lot of inexperienced drivers crashing into EVERYONE. The staff is lacking on the removal of hazardous drivers. Also there are ringers thrown into the races that ALSO drive extremely reckless. I would go back to K1 but maybe not this location, depending on whether or not they resolve the issue of not giving me all of my races.
