3rd day here, pools are ice cold and hot tubs are Luke warm. Shower is a joke, no water pressure. When calling room service you have to leave a message. Food is great, staff is overly friendly. Room is showing it’s age. Great Decor! I have a few more days here. Wont be back.

Beautiful, affordable hotel. Clean, spacious rooms with A/C and patio access. Pool is open 24 hours a day, free shuttle is easily accessible and hotel restaurants were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, fantastic pool, and recently renovated. Rooms are adequate, with balconies and good views. Bathrooms are cramped and dated. Decor throughout is mid century mod. Great lobby bar with live music and a chill vibe. Fantastic service

I was only visiting but it was SO PRETTY HERE! The hotel's restaurant had great food and great service. Pool area was awesome and very pretty. Private canopy /beds along side the pool that I assume can be reserved/purchased. Bar service by pool. The room was beautiful! Small balcony with patio seating.

Super "swanky" the parking was terrible. The lit was full with a surprising number of cars double parked. They pushed the valet real hard. Check-in was the same as at a Holiday Inn the only difference being the guy behind the counter was a lot ruder with some elitist attitude. The facilities were old and worn, showing the punishment of the desert sun and sand combined with shoddy maintenance over a long period. The room was much nicer, clean with simple features. I would not recommend staying here, if you like good service and a boutique feel.

Not too crowded in mid October. Pool was a bit too cold for me but the hot tub was nice. Comfortable bed, fair room service, within walking distance (across the street) of a nice little diner, Rick's. To get a balcony we would've had to spend a bit more, but I'd definitely go back. I'd like to go back right now.

Clean but slightly worn rooms reflecting old school Palm Springs glam. Air conditioning, beds and showers were comfortable. Food served in conference rooms was fresh, plentiful and tasty. Location was excellent, close to downtown Palm Springs restaurants and sights. Perfect choice for a professional team retreat. Off season prices provided great value for the money. Would definitely come again.

Stayed in a Junior Suite. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was fun. The Landing (Lobby) Bar had great service and fabulous food (crab cakes & sausage pizza). Minor repairs needed in common areas. Such as rusted soap dispenser not connected to a soap container in bathroom next to the spa and some firniture needed cleaning/fixing. Staff are courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is great. The lobby and common areas are updated and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool with wait staff that are prompt and attentive. We didn't stay overnight but from the time we spent at the pool and bar, I definitely would stay overnight and will be doing so the next time we're in Palm springs. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for four nights in May. The lobby area is super trendy and well-decorated and the room was very clean and nice. It's a very large, sprawling hotel. Our room was quiet even tho it was right next to the elevator. We spent several afternoons at the main pool (there's also a smaller pool) and had a great time. There's a party vibe on the weekends, with a live DJ and pretty much all chairs occupied. We just laid our towels on the ground right next to the pool and it was great. They say no outside food or drink at the pool, but we had personal water bottles and never were confronted. On Monday, the pool was a whole different place with almost no one there, a more relaxing vibe. They also have free bikes you can cruise on. Would stay here again, awesome place for the price. We paid about half of what we would've paid at The Ace, e.g.

Very cool and eclectic hotel and spa. Many patterns and colors going on and the lobby is no exception. Our check-in experience was great. We checked-in around 10pm. It has two pools with poolside service at the main pool. Staff is very friendly. Knocked off a star because the bed isn't comfortable at all, the fridge had ice build up and wouldn't shut and the shower wasn't cleaned very well. All of which was addressed by the helpful front desk staff. Location is a little off the beaten path, however there's a free trolly that loops downtown. Highly recommend taking it to the street fair downtown if you're there on a Thursday!

Stayed at this hotel 3 nightsfrom the time stepping in to leaving, customer service was pleasant and welcoming by all employees. The decor was amazing and the grounds are well maintained. I saw gardeners, housekeeping, landscapers, etc. doing their thing daily. The room was nice with a cozy bed. The 2 pool area's were great too. If you like vintage, are are laid back.then this is a great place to come!

My wife got a message here and loved it. Although we were not guests of the hotel I took an opportunity to walk the grounds during her spa treatments. Overall the property appeared to be well maintained and had a pleasant aesthetic. Having spent a bit of time around the pool area I decided that another hotel would be better suited for my personality. Nothing was wrong with the pool or the people, but the crowd in my opinion had a more party vibe than I prefer.
