Nathan was very helpful in letting me know I different options. I went to buy a used car and ended up purchasing my very first new car. With all the rebates and additional bonuses of purchasing a new car, I came out better than purchasing a used one. Would recommend Ford to anyone! Will definitely be going back for future car sells.

Great place to buy a Ford , Best pricing in town and wonderful sales people. I have dealt with Madison and Kevin on my last 2 F150s and they both have been great to deal with, they truly care about their customers. Glenn the Sales Manager is also fantastic and helped me locate the exact vehicle I wanted. It is my opinion there is NO other place to buy a Ford or a Lincoln. Great service, great people, trust worthy. I was very happy with the experience. I will definetely do all my car services at Johnson City in the future and will buy there again. Stan is a top of the line sales guy, as well as everyone in financing, and managers in general. They call me a few times after I bought the car to make sure I was happy or to find out if I had a question. I've never had such a great experience with any other dealer in my life and I'm a BMW previous and current owner and purchased a few cars. This is the best dealer, period.

Great salesman, and finance manager. Total deal took about 2 hours. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because detail literally only washed the outside of the vehicle, and didn't remove all the paint marks on The front and back window. The inside wasn't vacuumed and still sticky all over the back seat from previous owner, and dust and crumbs around the shifter. I guess I would understand if it was a older vehicle, but I purchased a 2016 with only 5k miles. It should've been cleaned up correctly.

I've had service work done on older vehicle and purchased one recently. Always super helpful, courteous, and you cannot go wrong with their offers/warranties. Just bought a car for my wife and its worry free for years to come. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My experience with finding and purchasing my new F150 at Johnson City Ford was as pleasant as well as professional as a person could hope to find! Madison was awesome! and was totally focused on helping me find what I wanted in a truck and never made me feel pressured to hurry in any way and patiently got me an answer to every question and addressed every concern. Matt helped me with the financial part of the trade and gave me excellent advice on what dealer options would benefit meas well as what most likely would not. (I took his advise!) Thank you Madison and Matt!

It wasn't an easy task to get me the truck I wanted. I already had a great truck that was dependable so I wasn't in a hurry nor was I going to settle but at the same time on a budget. Matt and James understood this and kept working with me to find a truck that I loved and also with in my budget. I ended up with a truck that I loved.

I've spent a good amount of time researching the various trucks on the market today. After deciding on Ford, I headed in to the Johnson City dealership.
I was met by a gentleman named James, he was extremely friendly right from the start. It was nice because it didn't seem forced like many dealerships I've visited before.
After spending some time with James, where he took me through the dealership and showed me the different options available, I came to a decision. James really did make it easy because he took the time to explain the differences, which was nice because I didn't feel like I was buying more truck than I could handle.
James was with me throughout the entire purchase process and even followed up since my purchase. When my wife needs her new ride, I'll be visiting Johnson Ford again. Thanks James!response / report this review -

One of the easiest experiences with buying a new car that we've ever had. Nathan Sawyer was the best! I asked for Nathan by name, not even knowing what he looked like. A few years ago, we had dropped by Johnson City Ford and were peeking at an Escape that one of our friends was buying from a dealer in Florida. Nathan saw us in the parking lot and gave us a thorough look at the Escape, knowing upfront that we weren't buying. This kindness to non-buyers prompted me to take his business card and eventually add his name to my address book.
Yesterday, I called JC Ford, and saw that Nathan's name popped up in my contact list. I asked to speak to him but Nathan wasn't there at that time. A few hours later, during a huge rainstorm, we dropped by, Nathan showed us some cars we were interested in buying, and we returned today to choose and complete the transaction.
We received a very fair deal on the trade and new Ford. No headache involved. Nathan understood our needs and was able to bring the deal together like magic. He is most courteous, respectful, and most importantly, listens to what the customers are trying to convey.
We look forward to our new purchase, having a local dealership, and our continued business relationship with Nathan Sawyer and also Matt, the finance guy.
I know that it doesn't always go as smoothly as our purchase did, but Nathan and Johnson City Ford will try and do right by their customers.response / report this review -

They were very honest and helpful. We took our SUV home the next day. Nick Cohen (our salesman) was awesome! He showed us how to work all the new exciting safety features and the fun extras on our 2017 Ford Explorer Limited. He was also honest and very polite. Thanks Nick!
