The lobster bucket is plenty big enough for two. The server was super friendly to the adults and the kids.

We visited this location 7/18/17. The food was great. Portion sizes were good. We were all full and the price was decent in my opinion. 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child) all had steam pots that were perfectly cooked. Our server Skyler was great, and the Manager Derek went above and beyond for us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He made a point to interact with my daughter and gave her a little trinket (as a parent it is wonderful when the staff acknowledges your child). To the point where my daughter told him she gives them a 10/10 :). Thank you for the great experience! We will be back when visiting the Rochester area again!

All our food came out cold when it was supposed to be hot. When they brought us a new order it was like warm, on the third attempt my food was finally hot and my wife's food was still cold in the middle.
Later my wife got horrible food poisoning. We suspect it was the food not being held at the proper temp and then not being cooked properly. The manager didn't even attempt to make things right.
Other locations are great, this one I'm not sure what happened.response / report this review -

Excellent experience tonight at Joe's! Little-to-no wait for a table. Server (Jenn!) was fun, very personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. Will definitely return soon.

This waiter named Dean was the best waiter in any restaurant I've ever had! He had a southern accent, it was crazy. Food was awesome too.

This is a great place for crab. However, the wait staff is very slow and it takes forever to receive drinks from the bar. This can be annoying on all-you-can-eat crab/shrimp nights as the staff takes a while to get back to you and they tend to give small portions at a time. You can find yourself waiting an extra half an hour for another set of crab legs. The latest visit, I got their create-your-own steam bowl and got charged an extra 15 dollars for my plate because they claimed they gave me twice the crab we received. They didn't care to adjust the bill.

They have one of THE BEST places of customer service I've ever been to. There's always a restaurant where there's a specific waiter or waitress that you adore. At Joe's literally EVERYONE is wonderful.

Excellent food! A number of our group got the Wednesday specialall u can eat shrimpand the portions were so huge only 1 person had room to order more! Server, Peggy, was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go again!
