I will Never buy another Chevy again this is by far the biggest crooks I've ever delt with. Service is horrible and cars do not last. When we brought our Chevy spark in for the transmission having issues they told us "you are too large for the vehicle" dealership should not tell you your to fat for your car. Also the technician told us that the computer system they plugged in to see what's wrong with it showed nothing so what we should do is allow the issue to get worse then bring it back. Afterwords we received a letter to let us know that they put the wrong transmission fluid in our car. And that they are not responsible for the transmission if it fails. Chevrolet explain why anyone should go back to you?

I had to take my car in for a tire warranty issue. (I'm so glad I got the warranty!) They took my car Friday, since they had to order my tire, then they gave me a free rental, and Monday morning, my car was ready! 5 star, Great service!

Arrived with my vehicle in at 7:00am for a recall issue and electrical issue they said they would look at it and call me back that morning. Never called back I called them at 2:00pm to find out they never looked at the car they didn't call me because the rep I had went home and there computer system was down. They told me to come pick it up I said ok. Came to pick it up and the clock was set to the wrong time by three hours and the trunk was ajar, which meant someone had done something to it.
Since then they called me offered me a good deal on my next issue I needed an additional set of keys made. Took about 2hours and they picked me up to get my car a totally different atmosphere than the first time. Better for sure.response / report this review -

Highly recommend. Salesman Alex Frank was phenomal! He was very patient and understanding, did everything he could to get me a great deal and they beat the competitor's price for an even better car. I'm so happy with my new 2018 Equinox! Definitely would refer friends and family.

Aside from what the service manager Jeff has done for me in the past on my car, still less that three years into ownership and once again having problems. I'm tired of being polite I'm telling it like it is. I was just there 10 months ago for torn up under carriage and now my transmission is shot. My brother in law whose spent over a week replacing the coolant lines come to find out the whole transmission is toast. I am fed up and pissed. And talking to these people doesn't get you anywhere, it doesn't matter if you have a service plan, they will take you for whatever you've got. My advice to you from my experience, don't buy any vehicles from these crooks, especially any "certified" used ones. Cause you'll keep coming back and spending your hard earned money. I should have never traded my suburban in. One of the single worst mistakes of my life now I'm paying on a car that I can't drive. Thank Joe Lunghamer for ultimately screwing me.

Alex Frank helped us with the lease of a Chevy Cruze and was a great and thorough salesman. We went in expecting just to get an idea of prices, and left with a great deal! There was some difficulty with the paperwork that Alex worked hard on and was able to clear up for us. Really a great guy, and a great business to deal with. Thanks guys!

Cindy is a new car saleswoman, ask for her if you go, She is awesome, never pressure. My father has bought cars from Lunghamer only thru Cindy for at least 20 years. The owner is very respectable as well, most people are unaware of this but if anybody knows Summit Drive, it's road is atrocious, Mr. Lunghamer actually at one point two years ago spent $3,000 out of his own pocket just to repair as much of the road as possible in front of the business That said, I believe it's safe to say its a family business.

Great experience here. I was super lucky to find the perfect car here in my price range without it needing extra work or any other crap.(Used car) but Jason A. helped me out and I received nothing but professionalism and honesty! It's been about 3 to 4 weeks and It still drives pretty good for the most part just a minor tire issue because of something rubbing against the breaks when I stop. It wasn't doing this until now.

Purchased a used car today, Randy was very helpful and professional. These guys are the exact opposite of those shady car salesman stereotypes. I'm very happy with the entire process from start to finish with all staff very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
