Dropped off my car for new tires. Told me it would be finished the following day by 3pm due to them needed to get the tires from another store and i asked if I could just take it to that store but they refused to allow me to have my car back and said it won't be am issue and literally wouldn't give me the keys. I called at 1pm asking if this was still the plan to pick it up at 3 pm and the person sounded like he didn't even know my car was there and apparently has no record of the tires being ordered and said he would call me back to update me soon. It is now 3pm and I haven't received a call back and have been sitting on hold for over an hour waiting for them to pick up with 3 or 4 employees that have picked up the phone breathed into it and put me back on hold.
Literally the worst customer service I've ever received. Save yourself the trouble and go to Belle tire or literally anywhere else. Or else you'll be waiting 2 days for them to mount your tires which is a 2 hour job if you've never done it before, and they'll probably hold your car hostage and refuse to acknowledge your phone calls.
Update: got the car back and they put the tires on incorrectly from what I requested. I go in to get it fixed and the salesman at the counter, Chad, gives me a garbage attitude and treats me like I'm stupid. I left and went to the white lake discount tire to get it fixed because I'm done with this place and they treated me with much more respect.response / report this review -

Friendly helpful staff. Counter guy went out of his way to save me money, that's why I only come here for tires. First time at this location but it felt identical to other discounts I've been to. Very clean and professional. Best prices and they are honest. Usually a wait but that's common for a business like this.

Love this Place!!! Justin helped me get 4 new tires with ease! He pointed me in the right direction for the best tires at the best price and even found me a rebate. Will definitely be back to do more business here!

How should I start thislast year, I bought a set of winter tires and have a set of summer tires stored in this location; and this year, I had a horrible experience with this store.
..Let me start with scheduling an appointment: When it was time for my summer tires change, I called the Store number and was waiting for an associate to pick up; meanwhile, there is a record advertisement on the phone saying "now you can schedule an appointment online." Oh, that was convenient, so I hanged up the call and scheduled an appointment online about a week ahead. When I went into the store for my appointment, I waited 40 minutes in line and finally got to speak with the associate. However, I was told that online appointment will not work for summer tires change, it doesn't automatically notify them to ship my summer tires from the warehouse to the store. I was okay with it, and order the summer tires along with a new set of wheels for the summer tires. I explained to the associate that I will use the set of wheels on my summer tires, and the associate was helping me to select the wheels. Everything was set, and I left and wait for their calls.
I waited for one week but heard nothing back; so I called the store, and the associate told me that the new set of wheels is already arrived at the store. However, they have to check on my summer tires, and they will give me a call back.
I waited for two days, and never got any call from them.
So I called the store again, then another associate told me again that they will have to look and find my summer tires and give me a call back later.
This time I did receive a call back from them, and I was told that they couldn't find my summer tiressomehow, they are MISSING in the warehouse. They will need to order a set of stock summer tires for my caralso, they told me that the set of wheels that I ordered, will not work on my summer tires because the rear wheels are wider than the front. But I already told them that I am going to use them with my summer tires
3 Weeks later - I have no summer tires, and the set of wheels that I ordered will not work with the summer tiresand i am still driving my car with the winter tires on.
Update: The next day, an associate at Discount Tire called me and let me know that they ordered a new set of the stock tires to compensate my missing tires; so I just need to wait for the new tires to be shipped to the store. However, a day later, I received another call from Discount Tires telling me that my "missing tires" have been found and that I don't have to schedule an appointment; they will change my tires for me anytime when I drop by the store. I went to the store to have my winter tires swapped out. They also took care all the fees for me - including the fee for my winter tires storage. Dan was helping me out the entire time, and he kept me updated with all the progress.response / report this review -
