Excellent location, wonderful and friendly staff; very informative. Love that they provide parking for guests, shower gel as an option rather than just bar soap, easy access for walking to different things happening on the strip. I liked the festive Christmas decor in the lobby and the warm heat that was on when you walk in since it's so cold out. I definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Booked this hotel half a year ago and the service provided there is spectacular! The lobby looked amazing/welcoming, our rooms were nice/spacious. And to top off all this they have a pool on top that has a amazing view on top! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a family along with them. Can't wait to come back to Vegas & book my hotel again.

Do not go to the time share conference no matter what they offer you! Nice place to stay. Great location, just back from the strip. Good room service. Do not get sucked into a time share conference!

In the center of the strip, but yet no smoke-filled noisy casino to walk through every time you want to go to your room. Quiet, but a few steps out the front door and you’re in the heart of the action. Excellent location. Our one -bedroom was like apartment with full-size kitchen appliances. Friendly and professional stuff. Would come back again

We had a brilliant stay here. Perfect location near the middle of the strip at a decent rate. We stayed 6 nights and had no issues whatsoever. We didn't get bugged to purchase a timeshare, only asked once when we arrived but politely declined. The room was nice, everything worked, the pool was chilled. We would definitely come back here.

One of the best places we've ever stayed. Friendly service, very helpful and always wanting to please you. The rooms were excellent with everything you could possibly want. Great views and terrific service. Everything was very clean including the pool and surrounding area. Secure parking and the security team was outstanding, very nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back there again. Have already recommend it to others.

The hotel is big, clean and service is good. I got the one bedroom suite. There is a kitchen, living room and one bedroom with a connecting bathroom from the living room to the bedroom. The bed is comfortable and there are two televisions. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. There are a number of amenities such as computer room, rooftop pool and gym. The rooftop pool is ok. Overall there's nothing to complain about. The hotel is nice. There's nothing exceptional but that's not a bad thing.

The location was okay. It was close to the strip but not directly on it which made parking easier. The room was very clean. We had two rooms with a total of two beds with one couch bed. We had two bathroom and a full kitchen with a smaller "kitchen" in the smaller room. The cleaning service would clean our room fast. And even if we were there, they asked if we wanted them to change our towels until we left and they could clean the entire room. Very good service. I would definitely stay again.

Very poor experience for "VIP" guests! We are time share owners through Interval International and transferred one of our weeks to the Polo Towers. Almost immediately the times share salesman started trying for us to sell our week at our home location for a time share with the Polo Tower. After some discussion we decided to see how the week would go. It has not been a pleasant experience. The amenities they offer the VIP guests is laughable. I made numerous attempts at contacting the concierge and not once did any answer. I left a message for a dinner recommendation and no one called me back. We have stayed at numerous other locations on the strip and this has been the worst by far. It is safe to say we will not be staying here again or becoming timeshare owners!

Nice resort with clean, up to date rooms. Rooms have a kitchen or at least a mini-fridge. Free laundry. Rooftop pool and hot tub is great. Hot tub is kind of small for the size of the property. The kid's splash pad is also great for those traveling with small children. Hotel is very close to the strip, but nice because it's not a casino and is a quiet atmosphere.

We booked the 2-bedroom suite at Polo. The online pictures don't do it justicethe suites are VERY nice, clean and equipped with everything imaginable. Super spacious as well. The customer service was beyond excellent. Everyone went above and beyond, and they were extremely accommodating to requests. I really enjoyed my stay at Polo and will be using them for all of my Vegas trips going forward. Truly an unbelievable deal.

This was my second year staying at polo towers and I would definitely book here again. The rooms are very large and having the kitchenette is great. I would try and book a VILLA room as they are nicer and have a bigger bathroom.
Easy to get to the strip and the planet Hollywood shops.
The only things we struggled with:
- The roof top pool is nice but not overly impressive
- we had to call down 3 times one day to have our room cleaned and on the end they still forgot
- many of the views are not great

After 4 different trips to Las Vegas in the past 10 years, my family and I definitely fell in love with Polo Towers. The staff was extremely friendly and service was prompt and courteous. The suite was extremely well-kept and well-appointed. The addition of the full kitchen made a huge difference as well, allowing us to cook several of our own meals and relax without spending money and fighting the crowds around town. The pool area was excellent and the market downstairs had a lot of selection. We will definitely book again when we return to the area and will also recommend to anyone else making the trip.
