Great experience! From walking in the door I was greeted (not swarmed or pressured) by sales rep. I was a customer with a specific pre-owned, make/model, mileage and price. At age of 62 I have bought Many cars and have never had a more "stress free" purchase. I could sense the entire staffs pride of their work environment and respect and gratitude for the owner. I will take that 45 min. drive to have that experience any time!

Got the exact truck I wanted at the exact price I wanted. Chip gave me great advice and was not pushy at all let me test drive multiple vehicles and take plenty of time to decide what I wanted to get. Very happy with my experience at Jim Schmidt Chevrolet.

Good service. I would suggest a walk around with customer when picking up vehicle. If you cant perform a service maybe suggest a shop that can? Great people! A suggestion to fix my issue would have been 5 stars.

This was the first time I ever purchased a vehicle on line, and I agree with Thoma Coco from a previous post, this was a very easy transaction. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Colorado "Trail Boss" in orange - a rare find, my saleman Chip Baker was fantastic and VERY honest in describing this vehicle to me over the phone and replying back to me in minutes of any questions that I had. Also Melissa Ayers also gets 5 star too. In getting bill of sale & title in a timely matter so I was able to get plates. These two individuals are a credit to this car dealership business. I highly recommend !!!

Nobody ever answered the questions I had about the condition of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. They told me to come on down to look the vehicle over in person even after I explained that I'd be driving 2 hours to purchase it and wanted to be sure of what I was getting into before making the trip to their dealership.

I bought a car here and over a month later these people were banging down my door demanding i resign the contract.
All because someone put the wrong warranty company information on the contract.
5 weeks later after waiting for the new contract in the mail they sent someone to my house in person to demand I fill it out in front of them.
I'm top of all of it, they asked for the first months payment two weeks early in front of my family within friends within 20 minutes of my getting home from work.
Worst car but experience I've ever had. Will never go back.

Purchased used 2015 Chevy Tahoe, came from out of state a few hours drive. Definitely worth the trip. Quality cars at a great price and great customer service. They stand behind the cars that they sell. My Sales man was Harold a no BS kind of guy. They priced their cars at the lowest price possible online. When I got there they did not try to change the price or add upgrades. The Tahoe was better condition than I expected with 70K miles. It looked like brand new truck. We did the paper work and I was on my way back home to Michigan. Also after my purchase the trans line was leaking I called Harold my sales man and He said Tim from Service would call me in the morning due they were already gone for the day. Well the morning came and Tim from Service called 1st. thing about my problem. They took care of it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU TIM AND HAROLD FOR MAKING MY TRUCK PURCHASE A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I will be back in a few years to buy my next auto.
