  **FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO BUSINESS!**I came here to simply have a few keys cut and programmed. What a waste of time. The mechanic said my 2 brand new keys were steel and he couldn't cut them. He didn't even stick a magnet on them to check. Then says he can sell me a new key for $180. While I'm holding 2brand new keys. I asked if there was anywhere around that could cut them and he said nowhere in town has a machine that could cut my keys that he knew of, still insisting i buy his high dollar key. So i left and went right next door where they cut both of my keys for free. They also said the keys are aluminum plated brass(like most keys). So within 10 minutes of leaving casebere motors, i went back with my cut keys asking him to program the keys. He looks at me and says it would cost $50 per key. I asked "To push a few buttons?" I really thought he was joking. He shrugged his shoulders and wouldn't budge. So he lied about the keys being steel to try to gouge my pocket then when that didn't work he tried gouging me again when i tried to get the key programmed. He was a bald guy with gray hair and glasses and lazy and crooked as heck!! I went to another jeep dealer where they cut both keys for under $30. I now know where i will never buy a car from or have any work done.

  We purchased a car from Casebere. Blaine Hall was our salesman, and he was a delight to work with. Seamless transaction, all questions answered, pleasant and professional. The entire business was very accommodating of our busy schedule and large family with small children, as well.

  Good sales Dept. I was able to buy a very nice Honda CR-V. They were very willing to work with me on getting the payment straightened out after some miscommunication. The Service Dept. leaves a lot to be desired however. They will not acknowledge that there is something wrong with my rear brake rotors even though they rumble and thump and repairing them was part of the deal. I recently purchased this vehicle from them 2 weeks ago.

  Just purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger SE from Casebere! The salesman, Steve, was very kind, informative, and helpful. He was very straight forward and honest about everything. Kayla was able to get me a loan and help get my payments $20 less than I had asked for per month! Excellent experience everyone should go here
