  dont do business with this place. the 1st vehicle i financed the timing went 3 months into owning it. got another vehicle on friday come tuesday it broke down. was told when i bought it that it was just serviced but they couldnt tell me what was done.i asked again today and still dont know. the 2nd one has a warranty that is a joke and wont pay for the repairs. now im on the hook for 2 vehicles that dont work. can turn them over to the lenders and take a huge hit on my credit and STILL have to pay the balance of whatever is left if they dont go for what i owe at auction. dont know how this place is even in business.

  Giving one star only because I can't give any less. Half the cars in their lot are patched together. On their website the cars look clean but don't be fooled. Dealerships like this should not be allowed to exist. Total waste of everyone's time and money. Take your business somewhere else and thank me later.

  On November 17th 2020 I bought a 2001 Ford Ranger XLT from Fred at Payless Auto Sales LLC this vehicle was advertised as being in good shape with no issues, ready to drive. After purchasing the vehicle I took it for and oil change and was told the vehicle is leaking oil from not 1 not 2 but 3 locations! The oil pan is rotted out and has been recently coated in silicone to catch some of the leaking oil (what dealer puts that on the road??). I spoke with Jeff the owner to discuss possible solutions and he was very rude. I was told “all companies advertise vehicles as being in great condition” and that if I had an issues I should have addressed it during the test drive. The owner of this company then said he will do nothing to help and then hung up on me. I paid a sizable amount of money for a vehicle that was advertised as not having issues, just to be given an $1800+ mechanical bill 2 days later and hung up on by the owner!! Very poor way of doing business. I will be sure to advise my network to steer clear of Payless Auto Sales LLC and I strongly encourage any car buyer to do the same!

  I was there last week Fred was really nice, but he was helping some people that was there before me. So I decided to come back today Jeff (the owner, short man with accent) was rude! I was there for 2 minutes. I asked him the cash value of the car I wanted and he told me He told me to hurry up because he didn't have all day! I just told the dude I was willing to pay cash for a car and u say some rude stuff like that? NEVER AGAIN! I REALLY WANTED THAT BLACK GENESIS Left him where he stood!
