This dealership truly goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are satisfied. Todd and Matt have been more than welcoming to always deal with. They ensure I’m in and out as they value customers time and have ALWAYS taken care of me and my family. Whatever the situation may be, they accommodate and fix it! If you want quality service, loyalty, honesty and happiness then this dealership is the one to come to. Truly, one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with.

Jeffrey Acura, and particularly Matt in the service department, are amazing! They pick my car up and give me a loaner for the day at no extra charge each time it needs work. Today they made the tiniest mistake - forgot to come get my car at the scheduled time. To make up for it they gave me the service FOR FREE, including washing my car inside and out. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and their team. Thank you Matt and Jeffrey Acura!

i have been treated more than a "customer". Very thorough consultation of my vehicle's issue and very professional on approaching the issues. Good job done on my car and i feel very good being Jeffrey's customer.

Todd and Matt in the service department are awesome! They always take the time to listen to the issues I'm having with my car and they always strive to figure out the problem in a timely manner. Todd and Matt truly care about their customers. The service they provide is above standard and so great that I already know my next car will definitely be another Acura and I will continue to have all my service needs handled only at Jeffrey Acura!

Best service, hands down. Trust them completely. I live less than a mile from a Honda dealership but I drive 30 minutes out of my way to service my Acura at Jeffrey Roseville. Great people.

All Jeffrey personnel, both service & sales, especially Todd & Matt in the service department are always very courteous and helpful in addressing my questions about my 2010 Acura TSX. It has been a long time since any car dealer actually cared about me, my car, or my continued business. Because of their "excellent customer service", I always recommend their dealership to my family and friends..

Matt Smith was my service guy. Took Excellent care of me and my car. After my very first visit, couldn't believe they'd remember my name when I came back in to order accessories on a different day! This is REALLY good customer service. knowing who your customers are and caring about their specific needs. This Acura dealership is a hidden gem and should be recognized for its quality of customer service and support. Guys keep up the good work!
