Won't even sell you a phone unless you pay them to activate it. If you chose to activate it yourself to avoid paying their fees- they refuse to sell you a phone. Congrats- I have 5 phones on my account and you just ensured that I will never set foot into your store again- all over an activation fee.

Very rude customer service, the only person working there didn't even have a name tag on and was sipping on a drink making noises while talking to us. There was a teenage girl sleeping on a chair in the back room that I could see from the desk that he kept going to talk to & giving things to her. It's a shame that a nice neighborhood like this has a store with such a cheap customer service.
