We had a great experience with Jeff Jones Furniture. They welcomed us at the door, but gave us space to look around and weren't pushy. They answered all of our questions honestly. We found the perfect set of almost new couches and they delivered to our rural home for a nominal fee. The delivery was right on time and they had to remove the door, but put everything back in it's place.

Purchased a leather couch on consignment. Was told it was only used for one year and looked brand new. After bringing it home it was wiped down with leather cleaner which revealed two large faded spots which had been covered up. I emailed and did not receive a response, then called. Was told "it was consignment, so technically not the stores couch". Was not offered a refund if we returned. Very disappointing.

I was able to find unique entertainment center that was rubbed black with metal accents. Unit has 6 drawers plus three shelves with slider doors that hide the shelves when wanting cleaner look. I was also able to find sectional that fit our space perfectly. Both were delivered by Jeff Jones team the delivery guys did a great job. 5 STARS for Jeff Jones selection, customer service, and delivery team.

if you like buying from someone with local ties and who you can call if you have a problem, check out this store. You can buy your furniture direct from the owner and it'll be a good value!

Did a great job! They picked up our furntiture for free. They sold everything in 3 weeks. We just moved to Cedar Rapids and my work suggested Jeff jones furniture store and he sent out his crew to pick everything up for free. Our furniture was about 4 years old and jeff said that's what sells the best. We got our check yesterday and we are really happy with the service and pleasantly surprised with how much we got. I would highly recommend them.

Purchased a couch,, put a sectional that was only 6 months old on consignment. Called aprox every six months for 3 years to see if it had sold yet. Called this morning "we had to get rid of it the condition was too bad" What?? I've called multiple times over the years and nobody ever said anything about a condition problem. I was told "yes its still here its a nice piece it will sell eventually" now I get "Ive never talked to you before you have never called" . I said what did you do with it?? The answer was "I don't know donated it or threw it away or something". So why didn't you call me and give me the chance to come get it? "I'm not sure" Very bad business practices-- I will probably contact the BBB and\or go to small claims court. At this point I'm in dis-belief.

Be careful of items you place on consignment. We purchased 2 leather couches from Jeff Jones and asked that he sell our existing furniture on consignment. However, once we received our furniture we never received another call from Jeff Jones. We have placed several calls to the store over the past 9 months and none have been returned.

Carries a range of furniture, both used and new. The new items are incredibly well priced and offer many contemporary pieces. We shopped at every Cedar Rapids furniture store before finding Jeff Jones, and he had the best selection and prices. Jeff (the owner) is great to work with. He's incredibly knowledgeable on the products he carries and can offer advice on material selection. He also worked with us to get our furniture delivered in time for an event at our house. Great store, we will definitely be back!
