  I called them Tech arrived and seemed to me that he didn't know what he was doing. Was had a bad meter which wasn't true. Then few days later that I had a bad hot wire from breaker box another lie. Don't Call them they just like taking your money.

  Thank you Oehl Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for all of your help with our new home. Ashley did a great job scheduling the guys to come and install our new appliances and did a great job answering all my questions. Josh and Alex did a great job installing the appliances and went above and beyond just installing them. They inspected all the vents , hoses and electrical outlets before putting the appliances in place. Thank you for cleaning out the dryer vent and making it more efficient. Aside from being friendly and professional, they arrived when they said they would, worked well together as a team, talked to me about everything they were going to be doing and left the work area clean and organized. Thank you again, I will surely be calling you for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Thanks again, Marla

  Great service! Responsive and prompt when our AC stopped working! The tech treated us like we were his only customer of the day But in 90's degree heat I knew he was swamped. He got us up and running in no time!! And we didn't need a new AC unit!

  My wife and I called Oehl to come look at our water heater that wasn't working. When the tech arrived he said it would probably need replaced and I told him to let me know what he figures out on it. A hour and a half later the tech knocks on my door and hands me a bill for $1300.. no explanation on what the issue was with the old one and why it can't be repaired, no estimate, no options, no confirmation from me to replace the old one with a new water heater. We chose this company because their website says they offer estimates and service all brands so you can get "best bang for your buck." Nothing was discussed and we ended up with a new $890 water heater installed without our go ahead. No options or more affordable brands were discussed prior to the install. My wife and I own a 900 Sq ft condo and are selling soon, I certainly wouldn't have put a near $900 dollar water heater in when I could have purchased a $450 one from lowes and had a plumber install it. When I called about the bill I was told that type of heater is the standard one they install in homes and they would take $200 off the bill. My wife and I are very displeased with the communication and service and would not use this company again. I would never expect to take my car to a mechanic for a rattling noise and have them hand me a bill for a new engine they installed without discussing repairs prior same concept

  I would like to thank Josh and Ashley from Oehl's I called for service on my boiler and they sent a technician over. He arrived and look at my boiler he found out there were a couple of issues. He explained to me what the issues were and took care of them. Thank you for your fast and friendly service.

  Just bought a house and heat stopped working so I called them to see what was wrong. Guys seemed to do a good job when they got to the house but the lady who gave me prices on the phone. well would have heen nice to have a heads up about the other fees so I would 't have been so in shock about a $300+ bill for tonight when I was told around 150s. I guess it was ok to use my horses buckets and dog food bowls to put whatever nasty stuff they found in boiler without asking was ok also guess ill have to buy new ones.
