I absolutely love the staff, sales & service at Avalon Tinton Falls. Christina is exceptional and goes the extra mile to meet your needs as does the rest of the employees in the office. The maintenance department is also great & their responses are faster than ever expected. Just realize the amount of units in the complex, so be proactive and check your air filter, dust in vents, etc. If you put in a service request, maintenance will be more than happy to take care of things. The sole reason I didn't give 5 stars is the appliances really need to be upgraded to newer models. The grounds, amenities and facilities are kept beautifully. I love that it's pet friendly, and Avalon does carpet cleaning throughout the buildings (although some stains that won't come out would be more aesthetically pleasing if even pieces of the carpet were replaced, but with pets it's expected). The people are friendly and super pleasant, and although the rent is on the higher side, with new appliances it would be well worth it. A big thank you to the great employees who make living here fantastic!

Lindsay was terrific. We were shown all the available apartments and filled out our leasing application the same day. We were approved that day and moved in the next day. Lindsay and Kerry have been extremely helpful in our transition, and all the online tools make setting up all your needs a snap. Truly a rare find, excellent value. Also the maintenance staff is quick and efficient in servicing your needs. This apartment was move in ready with only a few minor tweaks easily resolved in less than 15 minutes.

Lindsay was absolutely amazing. She was so responsive and helpful. The apartments are beautiful. Gorgeous walk in closets, parking is seamless, and the amenities are amazing.

The staff at Avalon is extremely helpful. As soon as we request any type of assistance they are all eager to help in anyway possible. They immediately cater to any questions, issues or assistance we need. The maintenance staff is also extremely helpful as well. They provide us with anything we may need at any time of the day. The maintenance staff is constantly working throughout each day to help make a great community.

Truly luxury apartment living here! The only suggestion I would have for management is more poop stations for the dog walkers. It's been pointed out that there's a problem with certain homeowners not picking up their dogs poop. My belief is that if there were more poop stations, the problem would probably be corrected. How about a poop station between buildings 7 and 8? It's a big enough area where the residents in both buildings wouldn't be bothered by any odors. Other than the poop station issue, living at Avalon is AWESOME!

My experience moving into Avalon was great! Lindsay was very helpful and informative. She answered my many questions quickly and to the point. I have only been here for a couple days but the moving process, including parking, has been much easier than expected!

We are very happy we chose Avalon Tinton Falls as our new home. Right from the start, Lindsay and Christina and the entire staff have gone out of the way to make our transition an easy and enjoyable experience. The entire grounds are always well maintained and clean, and the amenities are wonderful. The maintenance crew are amazing, each service request that we have put in has been taken care of the same day. The staff are always friendly and approachable and will make you feel like family.

Heed my warning! If you plan on living here long term, they WILL raise your rent by the maximum amount allowed, and it is not worth it! The office and maintenance are fine. They are courteous and professional, and I personally haven't had any issues. The Corporate side of Avalon Communities Inc. has no regard on how to treat their customers. Faux Luxury Apartments They care more about their share holders than they do their tenants!

Recently moving into Avalon has been so simple and very accommodating to our needs. The woman Lindsay that works in the office has fulfilled every need possible since day one and still continues to help us when we need an extra hand or have a question regarding anything at all. Every staff member is polite and super hardworking. The complex is more then clean and moving in was a walk in the park. The two maintenance men Jay and Nick have helped us with any issues at hand, and in such a timely manner. Everything was move in ready for us. It is super rewarding to be new to the area and feel so welcomed by the staff. Thank you Avalon Staff for all of your help with our new journey to come, the place is beautiful!

The maintenance team is always extremely efficient & courteous. Jay & Nick recently came in response to my request for help with hanging a new coat rack on my wall I just wanted to make sure it was done properly & symmetrically. They were patient with me while I considered placement, & they did the job well. This experience was consistent with every experience I've had when I've called for maintenance. Kudos, & thanks again!
