5 Stars isn't enough to describe my experience with Jaguar of Palm Beach and in particular Eric, my Client consultant. It was the most seamless, painless and most gratifying experience I've ever had with any dealership. Eric, tailored my online requirements to something even better and within my budget. He literally made me an offer I couldn't refuse. He even went up an beyond in helping to dispose my previous car. Bravo Eric! Bravo Jaguar! I love my new F-Type!

Purchasing a Jaguar from Jaguar of Palm Beach was an excellent experience. I Live in the Tampa Bay area (over 200 miles away) but found the exact car I was looking for here by browsing online. I got in touch with Erik Valentin after making an online inquiry and he was extremely helpful and assured me that we could negotiate a deal remotely without any need for concern. I proceeded with blend cautious optimism and a “believe it when I see it” attitude and we were able to negotiate a deal for both my purchase and trade in. I made the nearly four hour drive to Palm Beach to meet Erik and my car in person for the first time to find that my doubts were completely unfounded and everything was exactly as promised and in some cases even better. The staff at the dealership were also very welcoming and the entire experience was just fantastic from the moment I walked through the door until I drove off in my car for the return trip which somehow seemed to go much quicker

Last week I walked in to Jaguar Palm Beach expecting the standard car-buying experience, but what I got was a pleasant surprise. We were treated with care and respect as we looked over the different options. My husband and I felt that we had professional guidance helping us to decide on the perfect car. Brian Gutierrez was a great listener as we talked about what we wanted to drive and what we wanted to spend. It was hands-down a great experience. Thank you, Brian, for your professionalism. We had an excellent experience from the time we drove into the dealership until we left with our new Jaguar.
Our sales consultant Erik Valentin was a superb combination of product knowledge, genuine prospect interest and honestly representing the dealership. He understood our desires, presented appropriate options for our consideration and and appropriately "selling us". As someone who has spent his entire business career in a variety sales, marketing and sales management positions, I was highly impressed by Erik and the ENTIRE Palm Beach Jaguar team that we met. I purchased my XE R-Sport in May and LOVE it! I waited five months to give this review so I could speak not just about the excellent service I received from my salesperson Brian Gutierrez, but also about the performance of my car. I was an Audi driver for ten years ( a Q7 and (2) A6 3.0 Quattros) I planned on purchasing another Audi until I visited Palm Beach Jaguar. Brian Gutierrez was the perfect host to walk me through the Jaguar collection and help me find a car that met all my needs. Brian knew I loved the performance of my A6 so he suggested driving a 6 cylinder, it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I love the look of my car, it's Optic White with Black and Red interior something totally different than the everyday solid black or tan interior. Even more than that, there isn't another one at every light! I love how the car hugs the road and is super responsive navigating traffic whether on the highway or local city streets. If you haven't driven a Jaguar, you definitely should a least give it a try before making another purchase or lease. Ask for Brian Gutierrez, he is knowledgeable, patient and will work hard to get you what you want.

I just leased a Jaguar - my first - from Jaguar Palm Beach. It was a great experience, from the moment I walked into the show room until I drove my new kitty home. Easy, no pressure, all pleasure. And my sales consultant, Erik Valentine, is absolutely my favorite Valentine now. The best car leasing experience ever! Meow!

Lance Pain of Jaguar Palm Beach provided excellent service from beginning to end. The entire process of leasing a vehicle through him was a pleasure. The paperwork was fast and easy to get through with no hidden fees as can be the case at other dealerships. There was also a great presentation when we picked up the car. I highly recommend Lance and this dealership.

I 'd been looking to purchase a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace (S trim) with specific upgrades and a specific exterior color and finally found what I was looking for from this dealership after an exhaustive online search. I was hesitant at first about considering an online vehicle purchase, but my fears went out the window as soon as I started conversations with Erik Valnetin, the best dealer at Jaguar Palm Beach hands-down. Erik was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process and I immediately connected with him. He gained my trust right away and actually made the entire experience pleasant and hassle-free. After a quick and reasonable negotiation on the final price of the car over the phone, the rest of the time was spent with Erik educating me on this Jaguar F-Pace S - both the good and not so good since I purchased a like-new used Jag. I appreciated his honesty and was not expecting that from a car dealer. If you are fortunate enough to purchase a car from this dealership either in person or online, I 100% would recommend Erik Valentin any day of the week! He was awesome and the process could not have gone any better. Kudos to Jaguar Palm beach and staff! I love my new F-Pace!

Exceptional Service and Experience!
We have been life long BMW owners and decided that this next vehicle we would look at Jaguar and Range Rover. Although two different types of vehicles, both offered what we were looking for. In the end Arthur Jones at Jaguar, gave us the most exceptional service. He was incredibly knowledgeable on all models and was able to even share differences between Jag and Range Rover models. He had excellent follow through and all communication was thoughtful. He listened to our needs and through that we ended up with an XJ.

When my husband said, "go out this week and get a Jag", of course, I was excited. On the other hand, a car purchase can be so stressful. I had no desire to deal with a pushy car salesman more interested in a sale than what I really wanted.
Eric Valentin proved to me that this kind of experience can be fun and enjoyable. We laughed and shared conversation as if we were already friends. Thank you Eric. I was so blessed.
Eric was professional, knowledgeable and patient in going over every detail as to my car preference and accessories. It was all about, me , the customer. Considering it's my money, that's important to me.
When you go in, ask for Eric and I am sure you won't be disappointed. Although, I'm sure everyone at Jaguar of Palm Beach is held to the same high standards as Eric presented.response / report this review -

Not only is my new Jaguar XE an extraordinary car, leasing it from Jaguar Palm Beach was a most pleasant experience. Ron Marcotte, Jaguar Sales Consultant, is a knowledgeable professional who used his knowledge of the brand, and this car, to complete this transaction in a timely fashion, without any of the typical stress one must endure when car shopping. Ron handled the entire process, from beginning to end, with excellent customer service skills. He answered every question I had, and spent all the time I needed to ensure that I would be satisfied with the car and the negotiated price. Over the years I have leased many luxury vehicles, and I must say that because of Ron, I believe you will have a return customer for years to come. Thank you Ron!

I went into Palm Beach Jaguar about 2 months ago, no sales person attacked me when I went in. It was very comfortable atmosphere that I came back last Saturday!
I dealt with Erik which was very easy to deal with! I bought an XE what a beauty! I read the reviews on Jaguar and was very impressed! I'm done with BMW! Once you drive a Jag, there's no turning back!

Cannot say enough about the service you receive from the minute you walk int the door to when you leave and the follow up thereafter. Brian Gutierrez our salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable and made buying the car so enjoyable you want to keep buying cars. We have purchased various luxury vehicles prior including other Jaguars, but Palm Beach Jaguar truly understands the service that one expects when buying a luxury brand. I cannot foresee why anyone would buy from anywhere else.
