The team at Presidential is unmatched. We have bought two cars there and could not be more impressed. Also cars we have not bought there because the service quality and price are much better than the local Mercedes, Porsche and Bentley dealerships. Paul and Gabe in service are very responsible and responsive. A truly great team!

I will never lease a car from a traditional dealership again. Alan Davidofsky the New Car Manager as Presidential leased me my new Mercedes at a much better price. I will get my service for a fraction of the cost and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. The staff is so friendly. It was an amazing experience. I will recommend Alan and Presidential to everyone I know!!

When the dealer prices were too high I decided to give these guys a call. Their customer service was awesome and the prices were great! Fixed our vehicle to perfection and in under an hour. They deal in high end cars but service all. Would definitely recommend.

My initial basis for selecting this dealership for buying my car was based solely on the excellent reviews on multiple websites. After visiting Presidential to get a feel for the dealership, assess their integrity and validate the reviews,
I can only echo the many reviews from other happy customers related to the welcoming "family-feel", the friendliness of all the staff, the ease of the transaction, and ultimately Presidential's promise to stand behind the product they sell. I have not had such a pleasant car purchasing experience, and Presidential left me with the confidence that they are honesrly looking to satisfy. I had one item that needed to be addressed post-sale on a used vehicle, and Presidential did not hesitate for a moment to resolve it. I am extremely pleased with my experience. While Presidential is not local to me, I will make Presidential my first choice of dealership when I am next looking for a vehicle. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone to look at Presidential when looking for a car dealership.

I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Presidential (both from Marc) and their entire staff is fantastic. They all strive to provide the best experience possible for each customer, in sales as well as service. I refuse to work with anyone else for anything vehicle related, and I sincerely doubt that you can find a better group of people to handle every aspect of your auto buying/ownership needs. From the moment you step on the lot or walk through the showroom door, you are treated like family, which is a rare and welcome change of pace.

Gabe was friendly, courteous and communicative, letting me know the status of the car from time to time as it was being serviced and checked for a few days. I appreciated that. I had the same good customer service from Mario previously. The staff working on the cars outside were accommodating and solicitous to my questions. At one time, one of them tried to solve a dashboard signal problem immediately, with a portable computer diagnosis, even when it was near closing time, just to make sure it was not a safety issue. So you can tell why I keep going back because of the consistency of their customer service. Thanks guys!

Even great with the Aftercare!!!!! I recent brought a SL 55 from these guys and I must say.. They really are a stand up company and do what they say they are going to. One of the hydraulics
pistons went out on the retractable hardtop before buying it, they fixed it before I got there. When I saw the car, I was beyond pleased!!!!!!! I pulled the car back to Jacksonville and I could not stay out of it! I let the top down everyday and then the unthinkable happened. The top broke again. They did not hesitate to offer to fix it, but I told them I had someone to take care. They sent genuine Mercedes parts overnight and I got it fixed the next day. My mechanic said they had replaced all the parts except that one. The customer service was excellent as well from the receptionist, salesman, manager, service, and finance manager! I will most definitely recommend.

From browsing to sales to service a First Class experience! I was looking for a convertible that would take 2 sets of golf clubs in the trunk. Good luck folks. Actually the C-5 Corvette will believe it or not. About 2 weeks after my initial visit I got a call from Randy that he had a car I need to see. Boy did he. Prefect car, exact color I was looking for, SOLD. A couple of minor things that service needed to do. Scheduled an appointment, dropped the car off. Ready when promised and done exactly as promised. Great car, Great Dealer, Great experience.
