We are taken care of quickly and efficiently. The waiting room is comfortable with a coffee machine and a platter of sandwiches around ll:00 a.m.
I never feel that the bill is being padded. The costs are reasonable and the work done properly. We even get a car wash. We travel over 15 miles to the dealer because we feel comfortable at Napleton's.
My ServiceWriter, Steve, was attentive and comprehensive in his assessment. He followed-up diligently as he coordinated a timely review of my engine issues. He even found that my back-ordered steering wheel was now in-stock and can be replaced in the same service session. I dealt with him the last time I was here, and he hasn't missed a beat. Kudos to him and his work-ethic!!
I guess I should have paid more attention to the CarGurus reviews and Yelp reviews. Several customers reference bait-and-switch tactics and a refusal to do business over the phone/email which can lend a buyer time to make decisions and comparison shop between dealers. I called on Saturday 12/2 and spoke to (Didi?), a nice lady who verified the car I seek is still in stock. I explained that I'm out of the state and will wire money and have the car transported to my home in Texas. This is standard and we do it many times per year. She told me that they have fraud concerns (repeated in several bad reviews, should have been a flag). David J called 24 hours later, verified again that they have the car I'd like. However, he stated that they will not do business remotely, again due to fraud concerns. Were I financing the car, I could see this. However, I'm a cash buyer, so they would not need to submit a credit app for me. I mentioned that I hold a valid Texas dealer's license, and David promised to check with the GM and get back to me. He did; and the answer was the same: "We don't do business remotely." He then invited me to the showroom. I told him I would consider sending an employee to sign documents and pick up the vehicle, but I'd need to have a buyer's order first so I can see the financials. Note: I'm willing to pay full price on their website, it's fair for the car I need, we are not asking to negotiate. Regardless, David told me that they would be unwilling to discuss any financials without me present. As a dealer, I can promise you, this is only for one reason: YOU WILL PAY A SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER PRICE IN PERSON. They won't send you any documentation as they know you will not come in. Do yourself a favor as a customer and STAY AWAY. Call any other dealer; they WILL send you a buyer's order on a vehicle unless they engage in the same tactics. The folks who reviewed previously and said that the dealer charged outrageous dealer fees/doc fees are likely right. They'll post a price online to sucker you into a visit, then they'll bully and tire you into buying at a much more inflated price. Good luck!
NOTE: CHECK OUT THE GENERIC RESPONSE GENERATED BY "OWNER" WHO GIVES ME THE MAIN PHONE NUMBER BUT NO NAME TO CONTACT. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK THAT IS GOING TO WORK?
Best customer service out here. If you have any concerns about your vehicle Fred is the guy over here.
I been dealing with Fred for over 2 years and he has always been honest. I bring him all my vehicles Hyundai cars are not. Just recently put a new motor in for me in my 07 Honda accord.. Best work.
BEST place.
The service department does do a good job taking care of your car. What I don't like is the sales tactics to sell me a lot of expensive stuff I don't need. I recommend every one read their owners manual as to recommended services. When the salesman (Service writer) tries to sell you something that according to the owners manual isn't recommended, question them very carefully. Another point, their service is good and I will go back occasionally but their prices are high. Outside shops can save you a lot of money, just be careful, not all of them are worthy either. Auto Repair is a scary world. Good luck to us all.
Napleton's West Palm Beach Hyundai, has been my Dealership for several years now. I've purchased two vehicles so far and can't wait til my next purchase there. Bryan May has always been my Service Advisor and I'm blessed for all he has done for me over the years. I highly recommend this Dealership and their wonderful staff. There waiting room is very large with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, three internet (laptops) for customer's to use while they're waiting. Free coffee.
Steve and the whole staff are wonderful! The facilities are great and they have lots of amenities to take advantage of while you wait. In terms of service I was well taken care of, Steve made sure I got the best deal on my maintenance and that I felt right at home here. For someone who has no knowledge of cars and needed advice on what services to get, Steve went above and beyond to make sure I understood and was aware of every detail.
I never really write reviews but I just had to this time around. I came in looking for a new car so I can finally upgrade from my first car lol. I had a great experience thanks to one of the salesman named Manny! He was very informative and knew my budget so he did his best to stay in my budget and also gave me great advice and helped me make a decision. I'm usually very indecisive but Manny really gave me piece of mind and made me feel comfortable in making my decision. So if you are looking for a car and so happen to come here I would recommend Manny in helping you! Ask for him!!
I was amiss in not writing this review earlier; however, I think it speaks volumes for the service department, that even two months later, I would return to write an exceptional review. If you have had a bad experience with the dealership, please DO NOT let that turn you away from the service department. Mike Clancy and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my SUV was in exceptionally good shape, and he utilized his professionalism to explain the inspection and what changes needed to be made to remedy the situation, speaking to me without condescension and explaining each nuance of the solutions. I will continue to return to the service department of Napleton's West Palm Beach Hyundai, even though I still refuse to return as a customer of the dealership. The best part of Napleton's West Palm Beach Hyundai is their service department, and believe me when I say that they will exceed your expectations and keep your vehicle in tip top shape! I just traded in my Tucson and bought a Santa Fe from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the first stop I am making is back to the Hyundai Service Department to visit with Mike Clancy to have him do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and make any amendments to the vehicle that need to happen. I put 100% of my trust in Mike Clancy and his team. An update since this post, the last time I went I also had an amazing experience working with Steve, and he was very thorough with my new Santa Fe Sport. I will continue to return to the service department at Napleton's Hyundai.
This place is a complete joke. I'm SHOCKED there are any positive reviews. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I noticed several of the cars in their showroom have botched repair jobs, a G90 had a poorly resprayed fender (you could see the paint doesn't match) and a Santa fe had a poorly resprayed door as well yet they were selling the cars at normal market value prices. They don't know how to work out a reasonable deal either and if you walk out they'll call you back a few days later saying they'll "work with you" yet when I returned they literally gave me the same exact price as before. A complete waste of time. They didn't work with me at all and the general manager was just as much of a joke as everyone else in the store. They'll argue over every little dollar rather then making the customer happy. Incredibly disrespectful. They also take forever to get papers ready which meant I was stuck for several hours. I would never in a million years come back to this place. This place will give you the ring around, Save yourself and your wallet and go to a more professional company. Any other Hyundai dealership is better.
Great experience. Fred and his team were a big help navigating me thru the process. The service that I received is far better than some of the other dealerships that I've been to throughout the years. I recommend that if you ever need your car serviced, Fred, is the guy to ask forhe really cares about his customers.
Never going back for sure. Worst experience in buying a car I've ever experienced. I can only speak about my experience, but they're not very up front about what they're giving you. Be careful when working the numbers out side and the number once you get to financing. Be concise whenever you write anything on a piece of paper, or take a picture of every time you counter offer with your signature on every counter offer.
Always negotiate both keys on pre owned cars, other wise you'll end up paying a $200 key replacement policy.
Always make sure you get a full tank of gas. Yes, I only got less than half a tank! Sales person's reasoning when i went back to ask him: "that is our policy on used cars". Not nice!
Very disappointed in their actions and I will be filing complaint to manufacturer.
I always appreciate the exceptional costumer service I receive here! They try to make getting your car serviced as easy as possible. Santiago G was professional and helpful. He told me the car would take two hours and it took just a little bit under two hours. I appreciate that he told me it would take some time and made sure I was taken care of. Coming here is always an enjoyable experience. Thank you!!
This message is to comment on the efficient service I received yesterday and today at the Hyundai Sales Dept. First, Roberto picked me up at my house and brought me to the used car area and I selected a car. However, The next day I decided to purchase a new Sonata. Louis entered the picture and I received the best service I ever had. Their professionalism has to be commended. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends.
I was there on April 6. I lost my Hyundai Veloster key/remote. I went through a lot since I was on my way home and I live in Miami and I was in west palm beach which is more than one hour away from home. Imagine being out of town and you lose your keys in a gas station. Customer service here is amazing , they were able to take care of me even though I didn't have an appointment, and no just that I got a discount and a free car wash. They were quick and really nice. They deserve more than 5 stars for sure.
I'm really thankful
