  Excellent food, excellent service, and a very friendly atmosphere. My wife and I will definitely go back there! Already have spread the word to coworkers and they are planning on taking their wife's now.

  Atmosphere nice, but noisy in dining room.
  Side dishes; Loaded Mashed potatoes and Broccoli were cold, they did replace with new sides. The Pork chop and Fish we're delicious.
  Prices reasonable.

  The service was excellent and the food just as good. My family LOVES coming here, which I'm sure they do often even when I'm not in town, but we always go when I'm there, too.
  
  Plus, a new discovery made this time around, they have their own (outdoor) cat! Super friendly and gorgeous, can't get much better than a restaurant that takes care of their pets AND their people.

  Good service, great food, not cheap but for the quality of the food it's worth it. The menu choices are of a wide variety from seafood to steak. I had a mushroom burger that was the best burger I've ever had. Ground steak cooked just right. Best restaurant in town, probably best in the area

  They were very fast and friendly. The Jacob Meyers burger was intense! I've never seen such a big onion ring, let alone on a burger. The Bryan Classic sandwich was kind of a disappointment. Could have had more flavor. Overall, great restaurant!

  The decor was great! The restaurant was clean and friendly! Our waitress Ashley was fantastic!
  I have had a lot of catfish in my life, in many restaurants , and in many states.
  Jacob Myers served the absolute best! The fish was very moist and tender!

  We were visiting Dayton while escaping the hurricane in Florida and visited this location twice. Jacob Myer's had an excellent selection of beverages and food. We started are meal with the taco soup which was fantastic and my fiancee and I loved it! We then both ordered steaks which a variety of different sides include potato salad, cole slaw, and mac and cheese. When the steaks arrived they were cooked perfectly and was by far the best steak I have ever had! For a while I used to work in New York City and this place easily beat out those steak houses. The sides were fantastic as well! We finished off with a graham cracker chocolate dessert which was absolutely FANTASTIC! Would gladly visit again if we come back to Dayton!

  Food is great when you get it. Have been twice and both times had to wait 45 - 60 min for a table. Then when we got seated we saw more than 7 tables empty. When I asked why were all these tables empty they said the kitchen couldn't keep up. Also, they allow first come seating in the bar area which not where I want to go and eat a nice meal. So the seating and promptness of service is terrible but once you get your food it is great!!

  It was understaffed, had several empty tables but still had to wait 30 minutes. Sweet tea was watered down and had no sugar. Ruben sandwich was good but had to send it back because it had no sour kraut . People at the next table had same issue with there sandwich. Still enjoy your place and will be back.
