I dont even know where to start.. I drove in from Murfreesboro tn to your hotel. I finally get in town only to get refused my reservation because i dont have money on my card. I had cash in hand to pay for the room.. I get told you do not accept cash until check out?? So i leave the hotel to go add money to my card the desk clerk Becky cancles my reservation?? Not happy at all.

Very nice and friendly staff. Pet friendly! Decent rooms for a very reasonable price. They do charge 20$ fee for each animal witch is reasonable if you want to travel with our furry guys. Thanks I will keep this in route for next time coming through.

We had to evacuate fl due to IRMA very scary stressful situation. My wife and 3 kids slept in a truck stop first nite due to no gas or rooms.We finally got to Baymont who had a room available .The thing was it was 9am they had no checkouts yet and check-in was at 3 The wonderful lady at front desk could see the stress and fatigue in my family and I .Showed us to the dining breakfast room and said we could eat and wait there ..As Soon as a room was done they got us in way before 3..We stayed for 3 days .The second day a local church provided lunch at hotel for all us Fl people .Thank you so much Heneger Baptist Church.And the whole staff was awesome from housekeeping to Managers .The room was clean up to date.Price was good .if I could I would give 10 stars .Thanks so much to Baymont and Cleveland Tennessee the whole town was nice at every place. ..For the way the treatment of my family through all of the stress and fear of the hurricane!!

Pros: comfy bed, clean linens and towels, nice front desk people, large grassy area, ok breakfast
Cons: non smoking room that reeked of smoke. Filthy doors and shower. AC barely working
If we didn't have such a stinky room and it felt so dirty when we first got there, it would've been a good place.response / report this review -

Stayed the night on a long trip. Front desk person was pookie and the complex looked nice. The rooms were okay and the bed was stiff but good enough. Good experience but not exceptional.

Good price with coupon from Travel TN magazine. Room was sufficient. Currently upgrading. Room's A/C unit was very loud.

Nice location but cleanliness was a problem. Bathroom floors full of hair and ?. Even the towel I used had someone's hair in it. The beds were terrible. Dirty doors and frames. BIG gap between room door and frame. Found someone's high heel under sink and compression hose in one of the filthy drawers. Won't stay again.

Booked our rooms 2 months before the Warrior Fest 2017. We was told the rooms had 2 queen size beds and we explained we would have kids in the room sleeping on blow up mattresses would they provide extra pillows and blanketsyes they said. Found out we have 2 double beds and they could never get us any extra blankets. We thought we'd just give them the comforter on the bedsthere weren't any. We never had our rooms cleaned and we always had to go ask for towelshalf the time they'd tell us that none was clean. One Saturday night we needed to speak to someone in the office and they locked the doors on everyone. I have never stayed at a hotel where you can't contact someone that works there. We had a light blow on us and it popped so loud and shot sparks out the wall. What if we had a fire and no one would respond in the office?!! Horrible place to stay. I've stayed at a motel 8 with better service. The rooms smell like old musty hotels that haven't been cleaned in years. I'd pay the extra 20 bucks a night for better service and a better smelling hotel room, so that you won't wake up with a headache. I loved the warrior fest though !!!
