We purchased an Avalanche 5th wheel from Boat N RV a couple weeks ago . Our salesman, Cody Rue was very friendly and helpful. Had a really good time while we were deciding on our purchase. The following week Cody also helped my brother and his wife, who also purchased a camper there too, the following week. Real friendly place to go shop for a camper! Thank you Cody Rue and Boat N RV.

Don't waste your time.
Stopped on a Friday afternoon with some friends that are going to buy a new Fifth Wheel and the salesman said the campers are locked. He was just sitting in his office when we got there, so not busy.
My friend asked him to get his keys. He said he would NOT open all of them to show. He wanted to know what she wanted. Her husband said that is why they want to look. As they see different options, their ideal camper has changed and this is a big purchase. We left without seeing anything and won't be back!response / report this review -

Great Thanks !! Enjoyable experience.
Wife and I stopped by on the way back from PA. Outside campers were locked so we went inside and WOW😲! Lots of campers and boats that were fully assessable. Salesman “Cody Rue” was very helpful. We explained that the camper we had was too large-33’ and made me nervous to pull. We saw two we liked and left. He called with deals on them. (willing to negotiate) We stuck a deal online plus for our camper sight unseen. We went back 106 miles. Cody gave us a few concessions on items to close. Then provided lunch. New camper 27’ and a lot lighter. Entire staff at BnRV were nice & pleasant.response / report this review -

Love this place!!
We just purchased our brand new 2018 conquest travel trailer from here. If you are in the market for one I highly suggest buying here. Cody Rue was our sales guy and he is awesome! Kept us laughing for sure. Very personable and easy to talk to and he went to bat for us to get us the best deal possible! Their inspection and walk through process is on point and they make sure everything is perfect before you leave with it! If you find anything at all wrong, big or small, they will fix it before you leave!
Also, The travel trailer actually looked 1,000 times better in person than in the pictures! So make sure you come out to check them out in person! It was a 3 hour drive for us but absolutely worth it!response / report this review -

We stopped at your location on Saturday after discovering our Max Aire vent cover was flopping in the wind. In less than an hour your service department (Wally and the on duty tech), had a missing bracket replaced, new bolt and FIXED!! On top of the super friendly and efficient servicethere was NO CHARGE. Wow..so appreciative. We thank you very much!!! Travelers from Missouri

I cannot believe how many negative reviews are up here. I guess most people only write stuff when they arent happy. I am still shopping around but honestly out of the 2 other places I have been too this week this one easily has been the best. I have a feeling I will be back next week :-) If everything goes well I will upgrade my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

Edit to say, 10 months later, we are still unable to have someone fix issues with the Fifth Wheel. We took it in once and left it all day to have trim put back on after it fell off, a light cover put on that was never on in the first place, and the hot water heater wouldn't ignite. When we picked it up, my husband checked the hot water heater before leaving. Still not working. They said they wiggled a wire. Not joking. They wiggled a wire. The ONLY thing they did was replace our DVD player that wasn't working. Trim wasn't fixed, light cover still not there. With my husband breathing down their necks, water heater was fixed.
The outside entertainment area door broke after being opened 5 times. Called asking for something to be sent to fix that, for the light cover to be sent. Nothing.
Now a complete electric circuit isn't working.
I absolutely dread taking it in. And that's IF we can even have someone call us back!
The review I originally left was in the office with the salesman breathing down my neck. Had I known we would have to beg to have things fixed, I would have found someone else to give 58k to.
Devan Franklin was our sales rep. He was fun and easy to communicate with. Later on the entire sales team helped complete our first ever camper buy! Great experience. We were all nerves and were put at ease! Thanks guys!response / report this review -

Walked around for 30 minutes before anyone even approached us. When we wanted to look at some of the smaller trailers outside, we couldn't find anyone to help us. There wasn't that many people there it didn't seem. I could be wrong, wished they had a selection of the smaller trailers inside.

BEWARE!!! DONT DO IT
They are the most dishonest business that I have dealt with. It's been 6 months and still have not recieved my registration for my Class A that I bought from them in December. Took them 3 months to pay off my trade ins, and had 2 banks loans that were 2 months pass due. Everyone of the staff tells you that they will call you back and ever do. They can not be trusted just beware, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.response / report this review -

Devan Franklin was my salesman. This man was honest as the day is long! He worked his butt off trying to find the perfect deal not to mention keeping my payment right where I wanted it. Atmosphere is friendly and NOT pushy. They'll show you whatever you want to look at but never pushy sales tactics. Again Devan Franklin is one hell of a salesman! Go see this man for your rv or camper needs

Devan was my salesman Once we established our customer relationship, he was very nice and extremely helpful. He explained so much that I needed to know with buying a new trailer compared to many used. Now that I've purchased my new little home I'm looking forward to so many adventures with my youngest son and my fur babies. Thank you for your help and looking forward to maintaining our new friendship via my new Conquest!
