Veterans Memorial Arena here in Jacksonville is an over the top place to go to! Amazing building, great venues, & an awesome place to go!!! Every concert I've been to has been great! Every time I've been there at all has had great staff, security, event management, & clean-up crews 100% in action!

Been here for a number of concerts. Parking is close, navigating through the building is easy, food vendors are good and not ridiculously expensive. I haven't been for a hockey game yet but it's great for shows and concerts

Leaving concert, TSO on December 14; 2017 with my disabled wife, all of the elevators were inoperable and the escalator was also out of commission for a while. This just as the concert ended and everyone was exiting the facility. It was truly a mess. Having had knee replacement surgery in August it was a real hardship on her and no one seemed to care. One elevator, a single one was operating down near sections 20 but my wife was not allowed on it. We’ll find another venue for our entertainment needs in the future.

There was a very small crowd for The Harlem Globetrotters and it was unusually cold outside and rather chilly inside. We never got warm enough to take our coats off. No structural obstructions means all seats are pretty good. Food and drinks are overpriced - $18 for 8 wings, waffle fries and a Coke; $10 for a single shot of Jack Daniels. Attend the event, then go elsewhere for dinner and drinks.

Great place for concerts, hockey games or pretty much any type of venue. Lots of stadium seating as well as box seats. Very clean bathrooms, courteous staff, lots of food options as well as beer.

Great Venue for watching live music! I've been there several times and sat at different locations. There doesn't seem to be a bad seat there. The seats are comfortable and supportive and are contoured to a body's natural shape. Lots of bathrooms and there is a smoking section on an outside balcony so everybody is happy. All in all a great place to go. It could use some updating but beyond that it's great.

Great venue! Enjoyed a great show with my wife. Inside it's a little pricey, but worth it with the right person. Smaller venue makes it easier to make it to the bathroom or concession stands.

Easy access to parking $10 in covered lot. Close walk. Food & drinks super expensive. Cannot get a cup of ice for your $8 bottle of soda or $4 bottle of water. And cannot bring your own cup into venue. They are afraid you might drink out of water fountain. Gave 4 stars because shows are always good. Purchased floor seats this time because I cannot maneuver the stairs. (Arthritis) Looked like a lot of people on floor lever were there for similar reasons.

Through the other arenas I've visited, this is easily my favorite if I'm only counting the building and not why I'm going. Was always clean for concerts or Sharks games, attended many different events here through the years and never once did I leave thinking it was a bad place. I think the only negative experience I ever had here was the first time I saw The Trans Siberian Orchestra here, it was very very quiet for my liking.

Being a metalhead though, there is no such thing as too loud so it's quite relative.

Clean, good staff, and good location.

Graduation day! Now we were visiting. They are checking everyone's bag because they didn't want them to bring food in. Really!!!! Because they do want you to buy their food. REALLY!!!. I just came to see the graduation. Different experience for me. But the building was really nice.

I have several times to see concerts. Venue is laid out nice and easy room navigate bathrooms very clean. Food and drinks are overpriced but it's their money maker. Smoking sections available on each level. Staff is friendly. Acoustics is great for the size. Favorite section is 103 lower level, great view of stage and monitors.
