This is Jacksonville's largest and busiest shopping centre. Its a massive outdoor mall with a lot of stores. Its a decent place to spend the day, as there's shopping, a lot of different restaurants, salons and spas to visit. I would give 5 stars but the traffic and the parking are slight deterrents. You can find parking, but if your intention is to visit only one specific store, good luck finding parking where you need it.
The Town Center is a great place to go of your I need of anything from a quick bite to eat or some light to moderate clothes shopping. They have a variety of stores to choose from and can be a great way to spend time with people. The environment is great and so are the people. It's usually very busy which can be a downside because of lack of parking and traffic but it's all an enjoyable experience.
Teds Montana Grill is insanely delicious! I had the bison meatloaf, and I've been dreaming about it ever since! The Town Center has virtually every single thing you can think of there! Stores of ALL kinds! Bahama Breeze is a fabulous restaurant! Get the mini margarita trio. You will not be disappointed!
Pretty much anything you want is here, and if it isn't, they are probably building it as we speak. I'm sure the traffic areas were designed with courteous drivers in mind but the uncourteous and downright idiotic drivers around here make navigating a challenge. Don't let this deter you from this premiere shopping experience, just be warned. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. Music and benches all along the walkways. Stores from Dollar Tree to Dillard's and restaurants from Taco Bell to Ted's Montana Grill. Tons of free parking but there is valet parking available in some areas. Wheelchair parking and access everywhere. There is a great boutique area that looks more like a quaint little shopping village than a commercial mall. Bring your patience for crowds and traffic, but don't let either deter you from visiting.
High-end outdoor mall with all name brand businesses. Very large as it is spread out over an entire city street and they are continually adding on. Nice nightlife for a drink and casual sit down with friends. The selection of restaurants to choose from is innumerable. Stays busy but not manageable. People bring their pets to walk also. My top favorite mall.
A really nice selection of stores and restaurants and a nice place to visit during the day in Jacksonville. Parking can be troublesome; depending on where it is you're trying to go. There's usually options but it might be somewhat of a walk. It's likely that you can find what it is you're searching for in this area. It's also located very close to the UNF campus.
Great stores. Layout is nice. Traffic is hectic and parking is limited near the stores. Lots of variety shops. Something for everyone. One stop shopping for back to school needs. Nice restaurants spaced throughout the area. Wear comfortable shoes.
This is a great mall to shop at. They have literally EVERY STORE here that you could ever want to visit. The atmosphere is great. It is always clean. Overall, always a great experience.
There is something here or nearby for everyone's tastes. I had family come to visit from a southern state and they were quite impressed with the massive amount of stores and the fact that many of them were open to the street. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but it is free. Plenty of places to dine for lunch within walking distance and very nice variety to the stores. Expect to devote a few hours to explore if you don't have a specific destination in mind.
I've loved Town Center ever since it first started growing. The outdoorness to it is awesome. I always hate being cooped inside malls and Town Center allows you to have space and fresh air. Always clean. Friendly staff at all the stores I've been to and a great selection of stores.
Awesome place to be. I've worked and shopped at the St. Johns town center for the few years I've lived in Jacksonville. I'm looking forward to the new shops going up. The construction is going quick!
This outdoor mall is beautiful. Very clean and full of upscale stores. They have food trucks and enough restaurants to choose from. They also have a pretty neat kid's play area that is clean and safe. We live close so we are here multiple times a week. And they have a small pond that they keep turtles in. My kids love watching the turtles and giant fish.
The area appears upscale and unpretentious. Relaxed feel. You can walk around here in your shirt, shorts & flip flops. Some restaurants may have a dress code though.
A lot of very nice stores here. It's outdoors and is good for a long walk. It would be nice if it had some more specialty shops besides clothes and home goods. There are a BUNCH of nice restaurants ranging in price. The really only one star loss is due to lunchtime traffic. Something needs to be done because you might as well add an hour during the week. I just avoid it all together or get there early.
It has everything! It's super clean, and aesthetically pleasing. At night they turn on their Christmas lights sometimes, and it's just really beautiful out there. A lot of the restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, or M Shack are really good! But they also have shopping with huge, name brands. Or even simple places like Starbucks, Microsoft, and Barnes and Noble.
