  Great food, amazing service, great drink selection. For those trying to find it, it’s in the hotel lobby - maps make it a little bit difficult to find if it’s your first time here. 9/10

  I was really looking forward to some clam chowder, only to be told that they premix bacon into it, which I don't eat. They're excluding so many people from getting the chowder by putting bacon into it. Very disappointing.
  
  The vibe of this place is great though. I loved the indoor trees.

  A better than usual pub & grill. They had a very nice selection of vegetarian items as well and a good children's menu. The server and staff were helpful and attentive. We had cocktails so I cannot speak to their brews. They have very nice outdoor seating with open fire that looked romantic and memorable for parties large or small.

  Excellent, we enjoyed our meal .
  It was very good and our waiter was very helpful with questions we have had with there new menu. The open atrium dining area is unpleasant and cold and really no privacy as compared to the previous setting. Please go back to the original setting it was Sophisticated, Comfortable and made the dining experience an EXPERIENCE!!! The Whites

  My husband and I stayed at the Portola Hotel for two nights. We are at Jacks for breakfast because it was included in our hotel and once for dinner with a Travelzoo coupon. With the travelzoo coupon we were able to get a three course meal for two for only $69. I think total came out to about $100. For dinner we got the calamari, crab cakes, Lobster Cioppino, Rib Eye Steak, creme brûlée and the raspberry chocolate bomb. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent! I thought the raspberry chocolate bomb sounded too heavy but it was actually a perfect dessert after all that food. You should definitely try it! The breakfast was excellent as well. Bottomless mimosas and a breakfast buffet including smoked salmon and omelettes is well worth the $20.

  Excellent food but poor service. I enjoyed my entree but our waitress was no where to be found. Under staffed at peaked dinner hours it seems. Barrel aged Manhattan was quite good.
