The buffet was shameful and quite honestly the worst one I have ever seen in my life. If you serve until 11pm and still take guests at 10pm are we not entitled to the same level of service and quality of food as everyone else? It cost the same. The hot food was dried out from being under heat lamps way too long, the cold food was warm from being ignored and not refreshing the ice to maintain temperature. Some items simply were out and never replaced. Service was minimal and you could feel their irritation while serving us.

Fun place for a concert. Appreciate d the bug screens. I think you can work on a better sound system in the concert room. The lead singer was loud, tinny and garbled. It didn't sound like surround sound. I would rework that entire venue for audio and visual.

Been have been here many times over the last five years, and like all casinos, it's all about timing.. Tonight the house whooped my a**.. Same story as the last 6/7 times I've played there
But bitterness aside, they have really but some money into this place and they have to have the largest selection and mix of slots in the valley Plenty of poker, keno, old school triple 7s and more Buffalo than than the Dakota's combined Although it seems that they sleep more than play or run with the pack these days
They have a small high roller area, a poker room and a good indoor venue for music (and attract decent talent).. Food option suck and close early, at least the food court,, but I can't speak to the restaurant as I've never indulged.
Decent odds on poker machines, 9/5 if you are playing dollars on double / double (8/5) on quarters.. So what's the bottom line, they are putting money into the technology which will drive the industries growth for the next 20 years, but without a hotel or any other real facilities I'd put them on the bottom of my recommended list
They are however, the last exit in Coachella Valley, so if you aren't ready to hit 10 East just yet, have already passed Fantasy and Blyth awaits you. Why not take the Dillon Exit, for the epic Pilot truck stop??? Oh and now you are just a short mile away.response / report this review -

There's a pretty good size parking lot around the back for big rigs and RVs, separate parking areas for each one, and also a mini shuttle to get you up to the casino if you wish. They have a phone number posted to call for the shuttle on the Giants sign right at the entrance to the parking area. I didn't go inside, but I heard they have an awesome Buffet, I will try it one day. For the big rigs, signage to the big rig parking is not very clear for which way you need to go, stay left on the driveway and it will bring you around to the back. It's not very hard, the sign is really small and is easily missed.

The casino closed their buffet for approximately 6 weeks for remodeling. When they opened it looked exactly the same just different lights. Seriously??? No wonder no one is in there playing! They've been talking about a hotel for 10+ years.still waiting. It just seems nothing ever gets done here. Machines don't pay out because no one plays. Is this casino a lost cause?

Used to be Trump casino. Lol but good place to have fun if you don't care about winning. Just getting a break from your car and having fun. Very clean. Pretty cool inside.

Fabulous place. Nice people and not crowded.
Staff is very helpful. You do have to pay for your drinks but the machines are generous.
No hotel but plenty of restaurant choices.

Friendly employees, clean, food at buffet is great, every day of the week. Monday is bbq, Tuesday & Thurs is all different cuisine, Wednesday is Mexican, Friday & Saturday are seafood days with an added option of all you can eat lobster tails with extra cost of $7.99, & Sunday is all cuisine. Prime rib is served every evening, which is the best, tender, taste the prime beef! The very best mashed potatoes! Salad bar & fresh fruit bar. Desserts, regular & sugar free. Soft serve Ice cream, & the very best coffee of any place in this valley!

Genuine layed back environment. Self service in casino for soda and coffee is so GREAT! More winning machines than any other casino around. Spotlight is definitely number one in the valley!!

Its cool. Takes forever to accrue points for play. That is the only part that sucks about these casinos. Playing $60 barely got me a dollar worth of points on my card which is ridiculous to say the least.

Zero star would be proper. Last night It took over one hour wait to have a stucked slot machine attended. Finally - slowly walking and entertaining a security guard - the female floor manager (Ms. Vanessa, the name was given to me by a colleague supervisor) arrived.
I was asked (very unfriendly) "which machine" (it was obvious, the light on top of the machine was flashing), then "whats wrong"? The slot machine screen showed "Money tray removed - Call Attendend).My disappointment began to rise more and more after the young lady started to smile at me like I would be a helpless, retarded man. By asking, why she smiles that way, she pointing out "smiling is her job". Which might be true in many other situations, but for sure not in this one.
Final thoughts and conclusion on this issue: Me and my family members visited this casino location very often. But for me and my wife, it was for sure the last time we came here, we don't need this kind of attitude. There are several more options to play in the valley, with much better educated, trained and more helpful employees.response / report this review -

My mother and I went there for something to eat and ate at the buffet's restaurant. The staff was rude and they didn't check on our table very often. It was a lot smaller than Morongo and between the two factors we just were not impressed. The valet was nice and once we found somebody on the casino floor, the man that gave us change was also polite but I'll probably never go back.

Went there for my birthday ( on a Saturday ). Since I've never been there, I got a "member card" right there VERY unfriendly. He eveoncen missed the date ( my birth date) Later the buffet was third class meet, "just add water" products. When we got there, there was a bit of salmon left, this spot was filled with lemons instead of a new salmon
I was there once, no reason to go back at all!
