  Called to ask a simple question, was immediately put on hold before I was able to ask my question. After being on hold for 10 minutes they hung up on me. I called back and explained I was hung up on and that I just had a simple question, the lady replied "okay?" Then put me on hold again without warning. Not sure how they have customers at all.

  I can't thank these guys enough. I had a flat and a rough morning and they were quick, professional, and fairly priced. They really helped me in a time of need and I would recommend them to anyone!

  Had a wheel bearing fail first thing this morning. I called Jack's Tire to see if they might be able to get it into the shop sometime today. They told me to drop it off and they would see what they could do. An hour and a half later it was done. They had even given me a ride home in between. That's great service. Thanks to all involved!!!

  One of the worst customer service experience of my life. I went to jacks tire and asked for a quote on installing for new tires and they told me 100 dollars and 12 dollars for disposal. Went up to pay and it was 140. Hmmmmmmm so they had told me wrong price on the disposal and they didn't know it had a tire pressure monitoring system on it hmmmmm again. I paid get half way home and the TMPS light comes on I go back and jacks tells me the battery for that system died and it's not they're problem. I look at the owners manual and it tells me that when that light comes on it means the system has been damaged. I call Rock co honda and explain the situation with them and they said jacks tire is full of crap and they more than likely damaged it. Tell jacks that and they still won't fix it without changing me. Never again will I or my family recommend this place to anyone.
