Sally came 2 visit while on our Vacation at Dalphen island. PAYTON came to our rescue moor than once getting us a ride out and wading in 4foot of water after Sally was gone.I had left my rings 💍 in the bathroom in my panic to pack. Vacasa is horrible to book with ill never book with them again!!!! I'm sure it can be great as long as everything goes as planned. I just want everyone to be aware that you will not get a refund if you cancel or even if they have to cancel your stay due to weather purposes.They want to give you a future stay credit regardless if you were coming for a particular reason at that time. They do not care they have refused to refund me!!! I don't control when hurricanes hit!

It was a nice spot room was great and the place called "Skinners" best sea food of my life. .. but a long walk to the beach, long drive to a decent priced store.

We loved Sassy Seagull. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and it’s spectacular view was GREAT!!!. The home was beautiful,super clean and well maintained. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us.

When we got to our condo it was not what we expected. So we talked to the manager and no questions asked he got us into a beautiful condo that fit all our family's needs at no extra cost. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! Absolutely excellent customer service.
