Great experience! No pressure sale and the sales associat took the time to fit my wife and I to a pillow then took us around to make sure we found the perfect fit. It turns out that my wife and I needed 2 different firmness levels to have a proper fit. Daniel was able to answer all our questions and show us the difference between the mattresses and the different styles of the same mattress.

The only complaint is how far the drive is. Both places are north if there could be a showroom on the south side of town it would be an easy 5 star review.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience today at InnoMax. We have been customers for eleven years and have referred friends and family. We spent an hour deciding on our new mattress. Daniel, our mattress expert, was very nice and knowledgeable. We felt relaxed and at ease with no pressure. He was able to answer all of our questions. We have enjoyed their great products for 11 years and hope to do so for many more. So wonderful to shop American Made Merchandise composed of American products.

This was my first visit to InnoMax and it was a positive one as we walked out with a great new purchase of a mattress. Our customer service was more than I was expecting. We were asked the right questions to determine which mattress would best fit our lifestyles before starting our shopping experience. We were not left to try all the mattresses and figure it out alone which is what our experience typically has been. I was also very appreciative that our rep was up front with us about what things would cost from the start. It definitely helped us make our final decisions. We will be returning for future needs.

I have been a customer with Innomax for over 20 years and have used their sleep systems and purchased all my bedroom furnishing for me and the kids rooms from them. Went from water to air and now to another awesome product where my hubby and I can have our own setup on each side. Love them! Always amazing service, very awesome salesmen and never pushy. I highly recommend you get your sleep system and furnishings here. You will not be disappointed!

Best bed EVER! Salesman at the store was super helpful and very patient. I would highly recommend InnoMax beds!
I have had a bad back most of my life and I am a stomach sleeper, I know, bad combinationThis bed allows me to sleep on my stomach without hurting my back. My husband is a side sleeper and has a bad shoulder. Again, allows him to sleep without hurting his shoulder. I wish I would have went to InnoMax before we spent tons of $ on other mattresses.

Happy with the Bed

Pretty painless order process. Good quality product. Easy to work with and get information. There is a bit of price negotiation that takes place rather than just listing the price for the items. Also, over a month after initial delivery I am still waiting for the replacement sheets from the original order since they sent the wrong size. I do not understand the delay. Glad it was not an important component (although I did have to immediately go out and purchase sheets for the bed).

Its a big investment but so is our sleep quality. We decided to get a great nights rest by purchasing the Rick Lewis Innopedic adjustable smart base bed. we tested beds all weekend and it came down to Sleep Number and Innomax. Although They are both high end beds, Innomax bed came in first for sleep comfort and also they were able to beat out their competeter for about a 2,000 dollar difference also adding in the Chili pad that allows you to heat up to 115 degrees or down two 60 degrees. It can cool one side or both or heat both or one cold or hot, the massage feature is great too. Better sleep and comfort here we come Thanks to Sandra Carbone and her Innomax team.

Not at all what I was expecting! Sleep number people hunt you down like sharks. Not InnoMax! Friendly educated people who let you leave the store with no hassle. We were able to leave & come back several times before we purchased our bed. I've never slept better!

High pressure sales, tell you you're getting a screaming deal! Not really. Beds are high priced and no real warranty. Many other reputable mattress suppliers give you 90 to 100 days to make sure you like the bed and it works for you, innomax does not. You're stuck with the bed so I hope you like it. We got the "Rick Lewis" from the fox radio show bed, flexopods I think it was called. Adjustable bases and vibrating function. Not comfortable for my wife or I. We're stuck with this very uncomfortable bed now. Would not recommend this company to anyone unless they decide to change their policies on bed trials.

The Sheer Elegance Sheets are so soft even AFTER washing unlike sheets that are loaded with fabric softener that goes away after the first wash. I would not buy any other kind of sheets. These are so worth the money and InnoMax has wonderful customer service and I received the sheets promptly! Great buy!

Sandy was our sales person. This was a fantastic experience. We bought a soft side deep fill sponge fluid filled dual mattress bed. I have Severe Rheumatoid and the warm moist heat fantastic. It also offers support. Never slept better
