Highly recommend! I had pesticide sprinkled all over my car, I took to 2 different hand wash places and they couldn’t get it off, but the Car Care wash was able to take it all off. I’m so glad! Thank you so much!

Priced Fair, I paid for the Wave Car Care Center detail .
I was always recommended to come here and I finally did. My first time i paid for the Full service which I loved how my car came out, basic clean. This time around with the detailing , I went in with yogurt stained on my back seat and it was gone and my car smells fresh, Still does after 2 weeks so far. Customer service is professional and it does get busy during the warmer weather. Happy with the results , personally.response / report this review -

Excellent Clean ! The car looks like same again! As i was a busy mom cleaning the car is below priority list , but it was very important that car should be neat and clean . I'm very much happy with the result after the car wash at the wave car care center. I'll be back again definitely !

The Guys at Wave Car Care wash always do a Great job. Priced appropriately. Very much happy with their service , helpful and nice been using them from last 5 months and no issues. Excellent job.

My car is still dirty. I got an overpriced oil change that included a discounted car wash, which I opted for the upgrade. The car wash I selected stated that my wheels and interior were included in the wash. Upon inspecting my car after the wash, my wheels were still dirty and the interior was also. I called back to inform them that my car was still dirty and they told me that the option I selected was a basic wipe down of the dash along with a wipe down of the tires
Almost $100 later, I left without a sticker on my windshield from the oil change and a dirty car. I guess I have to spend a lot more to end up with a car that is half way clean.

I had a horrible experience here and will not be returning even though it's literally two blocks from my house. I had a small rip in my drivers seat that's been there for awhile and my mechanics and others driving it never had an issue with being careful with it. After my oil change and car wash it was ripped to 8 inches and is pulling at the seams in my genuine leather. The oil change itself was alright although they spilt so much oil that I had to deal with the usual oil burning off for at least two days, heavily steaming the first. I also was given "complimentary and stress free service " by them driving my car through the car wash system. I witnessed them hit my rim/front left tire so hard on the guard rails that it bounced into a straight position. In all my expereonce left me with more to deal with and a whole lot of stress during. I now have to pay a ton of money to fix that rip and am concerned about my tire as it was previously hit very hard once before on concrete. My car however is in excellent condition and I wanted to keep it that way, after all that's why I'm bringing my car there. For them to mistreat my car like that really pissed me off. I did call them to try and discuss this with them before writing a bad review but I received no answer.

The outside of the car looks nice, but the vacuum job looks like they forgot to turn on the vacuum. The front windshield on the inside is so smeared that it was difficult to see through when in the sun. The wipe down of the dash was minimal. Then when the car was ready they parked it and didn't let me know it was ready. I went in and asked if it was and they gave me my keys and no one was around to check and see if everything was all right as I had watched them do with the other cars that went through there. I went out of my way to go to this place as I now live in Thornton and wanted a good job done on the car and they had always come through for me when I lived close to them. I will find somewhere in my area and I am sure they can do as good a job as I got here. Don't bother contacting for a free wash as I am not driving over there again.

I do not frequent this car wash as we have moved, but the service has certainly declined. The staff is friendly and quick. I can understand the lack of attention to detail during busy times, but when the customer volume is low I would expect more attention to be provided.
The main reason for two stars is the smell. I was unaware that the wash was on reclaimed water. The manager stated all washes are. My car now smells like that reclaimed water (stagnate pond water) after baking in the sun all afternoon. When I called the manager stated that someone had forgot to put in the additive that morning. So I am re-washing the car on my own in the hopes that it will not smell.response / report this review -

The manager was nice accommodate my needs when I had a sudden schedule change and I was able to pick up my car 2 hours ahead of schedule. I was told that my interior was also going to be vacuumed, but it was not. This is my second visit, first visit I loved it, perfect.

Would give 0 rating if I could. Worse place I have ever been to. No customer service, rude employees, and anything broken or damaged while my vehicle was under there "care" they will not claim as there's and say they will not fix. Horrible place. Won't be in business to much longer

I come here often, they do the best job on washes!! The guy that does the oil changes is a Black Belt at what he does! Highly recommend.
