I come to Denver from the FL panhandle pretty often due to my brother living in Denver. I pretty much come here every morning to eat while I’m in town!! This is the ONLY place in Denver that I would willing get the biscuits & gravy (this is coming from someone who knows what southern comfort food is!). It’s always nice to add an order of them when I’m wanting a little piece of home! Their mimosas are also great! They are pretty much a whole champagne bottle so you are definitely getting what you pay for! Can’t wait to stop by again for our Christmas trip this December!

Love this establishment! The food, drinks and service are always top notch!!! Just make sure to get there early or you may never get in to eat on the day you want to eat there. We get there when they open and there's always a bunch of people ahead of us but we get seated fairly quickly. It fills to capacity by 8 usually.

The locals love this place. Had to wait in line for breakfast ona Friday. The staff were amazing and the place seemed to have a strong local following. Always a strong sign. My Daughter had the waffle with a side of bacon and enjoyed it. I had the eggs and sausage. Both meals were well prepared and good value for the money.

UH-MAZE-ING! Had the #18 (Taco Tex-Mex Burrito) and it was incredible! Taco meat, home fries, and eggs, all wrapped in a giant flour tortilla, topped with cheese, and resting on a glorious bed of both red AND green pork chili. A memorable culinary experience unlike anything I've ever had before.

Service was fast and friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Prices and seating options were great here. We went during non peak hours and were able to get a seat right away. The waiter was attentive.

Unfortunately that was where the positives ended for me. I got a buffalo patty hamburger - it was under seasoned and lacked pretty much all flavor. Hated not finishing it but with a half pound being the only option, you’d really have to like it to finish.

My partner got a Greek salad and really liked the size and freshness of the ingredients for the price. So you could say we had a mixed experience.

Would try again, but the breakfast part of the menu. :)

I have been here a few times. It was on Diners, Drive ins and Dives. The amount of food you get for the price you pay it totally worth it. I love their Greek omelets, especially the Athena. The kids meals are great. My kids favorite is the Mickey Mouse breakfast. Love this place!

Edit: their wings are still amazing and my favorite. However this edit is for the bartender. I service their beer lines every 2 weeks and he / the breakfast burritos I get, are the highlight of my day / week. Seriously, thank you dude, you really are awesome and you start my day off great. I wish I remembered his name but I don't 😬 I'm sorry, but he is fantastic. I was having a very bad day the last time I went and he cheered me up in the 15 minutes I was there and today he put a smile on my face as soon as I got there (even if he couldn't see it under my mask haha).

Great food!!! Their wings are my favorite!! I've been getting them for years!!! Server was really nice and attentive. If you wanna go on a weekend expect a wait, but it's totally worth it!!

Absolutely 💯 loved this place. Fantastic food, friendly fast service!! Little pricy for diner food though- but worth every penny! My picky 12 year old said it was the best meal he's ever had. We came all the way from Georgia and this was our first stop. Perfect start to our vacation!

A quintessential breakfast and brunch eatery. Their menu is expansive and has something for everyone guaranteed. I had the veggie omelette it was good and chock full of mushrooms, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and spinach. The breakfast quesadilla was delicious and was extremely full of bacon. The french toast that we had was cooked well and tasted even better. The coffee was a little lackluster, which is a weird weak point for this type of establishment. Our server was attentive as needed.

The food was really good. The Colorado stake sandwich was really good. I prefer my stake cut really thin but I know a lot more people like big pieces of stake. Flavor was great. We’ll be back tomorrow to try breakfast.

Quaint diner in the heart of downtown. I visited Sam's during busy dinner hours and was seated and helped pretty quickly! Food was good, nothing unbelievable or groundbreaking, but if you're looking for a solid burger or sandwich this is your place.

This place is one of my favorite breakfast spots in Denver. It has a lot of hype and lives up to it. Great service, bomb food, and kind servers. It can be a bit of a wait because it's popular and in a high traffic area, but we'll worth it. Tons of options, great for vegetarians as well. Delicious, wonderful, always will come back.

A quick bite in downtown Denver. We decided to go here for breakfast around 8:30 on a Thursday.

The place was busy, but not chaotic and the line to get in was short (15-20 minutes, makes sense for the time we went). Surprisingly, after that time, the line increased by several people quickly and the wait would have easily approached 45-60 minutes. This seems to have been mainly travelers in town for the Great American Beer Fest at the Expo center down the road (myself included)

As far as the food, it's no frill diner food, and that's exactly what we wanted. The coffee they used is great and the decaf wasn't just some bland mess but actually enjoyable. Denver has some excellent coffee even at the little diners I've discovered.

The service was just a little lacking as the bill wasn't right, and this was a consistent theme with the tables around us. Had to waste some time to get our bill corrected.

    Overall, I'd return.

The service was great and whether or not my growling stomach was biased, the food was exceptional. The coffee was a bit burnt but strong. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to go back there again.

I remember the first time I went here. It was a freezing cold December night and I had been wandering downtown without a much of a plan. The only thing on my mind was to enjoy the bit of time that I had left in Denver. However, with the snow and frigid air was burning my skin, I desperately needed a reprieve. This odd duck of a restaurant appeared in stark contrast to the surrounding drab, urban landscape. The warm inviting atmosphere of the interior drew me in and captured me for a stay. It's safe to say that no regrets were made.

Such a fun and crazy place to eat. Everything you could ever imagine on one menu and still quick service! All day breakfast, chili, and more. Good vegetarian options too. Quite happy with the experience and would go back again and again. Would be great for families.

So I wish I could give this place five stars. But due to the service I can't. Waited 45 minutes for our check and even longer for our drinks in the beginning. The waitress was on her phone and not very accommodating, considering that's her job! I loved the food. The portions were great and everything but the service really killed it for me. As a server and bartender myself I wouldn't expect good reviews or proper tips with that kind of service. Not to mention when asked about the food she literally had no idea what she was talking about. Customer service 101 ALWAYS KNOW THE MENU OR PRODUCTS BABE! Not to mention the restaurant has been on TV and people who don't even work there know the menu I don't mean to harp on that but 50% is food and 50% is service and if your service sucks then lets hope your food is better atleast.

This place is the definition of no frills. Just go in, sit down, and enjoy anything off their breakfast, lunch, or dinner menu. I have been here a few times, and have always enjoyed their Kitchen Sink burrito.

Just don't expect anything too fancy because you will not get. If you are here to relax and feel the nostalgia of a classic greasy spoon diner, then you have come to the right place.

Loved the atmosphere in here. It had a classic diner feel. The portions were big and hearty and the food itself was great. The best part was that we ordered hot drinks with liquor in them and they were not our cup of tea. We were embarrassed to say something but the waitress noticed and took them away and never charged us for them. She got it in her tip! I heard this place was world famous and i could see why. Recommend!

Super friendly service, good coffee, nice spread of food. I had the kitchen sink omelet and the chili sauce with sausage chunks in it was fantastic.
