Good morning, Ed Moore Florist is AWESOME! My name is SFC Jackson, Claudius. I've served in the Armed Forces for 32 years now and Ed Moore has been my savior on several occasions. They have made beautiful arrangements and delivered with short notices. They have sent reminders and even called me a few times to remind me of anniversaries and birthdays. Top Notch group of people. I wanted to send my daughter flowers for Mother's Day but because I live out of town am not familiar with florists near her. I searched online and chose Ed Moore Florist because their shop is close to my daughter's home and they had good reviews. We all were very happy with the beautiful bouquet Ed Moore Florist sent!! I'll be using them again in the future.

Spectacular at every step. A great website that makes ordering easy. An update when the order was on the truck for delivery so I could estimate when the flowers would arrive. Confirmation of the delivery so I would know to check for them outside the door. Beautifully fresh flowers that are perfectly arranged.

My mom bought me a beautiful bouquet of purple long-stemmed roses from Ed Moore. It was a lovely arrangement, but the roses died within two days (received on Monday, roses were dead by this morning). I know roses die quickly, but this seems unreasonable given the price tag.

On two different occasions my boyfriend surprised me with arrangements from Ed Moore Florists. The first was a succulent garden that is amazing! The second time, a gaint bouquet was delivered to my work from a member of their team. Not only was I surprised and happy with their delivery service, but I've never seen such a full display of flowers. They're beautiful aggranged and unique. Their floral designers are by far the best! The tall Irish bells are my favorite and sure make it stand out. Thank you sooo much for the beautiful flowers.

I called you this morning at 8:34am requesting a special bouquet of encouragement for my daughter. Both staff people I spoke with were understanding and kind and asked for my input on type of flowers. I requested that the bouquet be affordable, so my daughter wouldn't be upset with me for spending the money. The bouquet was in her hands less that 2 hours later! She sent a photo of it and you outdid yourselves and delighted us both. You made our day today with your care and skill and I can't thank you enough. Hugs to all involved!

I am a bit disappointed with this last order I ordered the Basket Full of Wishes however it was more of Basket Wishing more Flowers to Bloom. The online pic showed two big open Lilies, five open Roses and six plus open Gerberas however our Lilies hadn't bloomed, only two of the Roses had bloomed as well and the only two Gerberas that had opened were the Main Flowers of the arrangement
I called and chatted with Ann about it and she explained that the "Creator" tried to match the on-line photo however lilies are seasonal and will open in a few days along with the roses and Gerberas. I am aware that they will be beautiful in a few days and hopefully my explanation to Ann of wanting a Big Beautiful "Basket Full of Wishes Today" for my Beautiful Senoritanot in a few made sense and I didn't come across as a D!(&.
They are picking up the flowers in the morning and I am certain when my Senorita receives them back they will be as nice as the on-line ones and the ones in the past.
(next day update) I was shocked and disappointed that not only did they not pick up the flowers the replacement flowers didn't arrive before my Lady left @ 3:45 for the day. They were beautiful when she finally received them this morningWOW Unacceptable Customer Service.

I ordered my bouquets and boutonniere's for my wedding from Ed Moore and absolutely loved working with Lydia. I brought her a picture showing a contemporary arrangement and she helped me pick out flowers that would last throughout the day. I wish I could show you a picture, they were the perfect pop of deep purple and rich green to accent my monochromatic wedding party attire. I would highly recommend working with Ed Moore Florist. They arrived as expected, on time, and each bouquet had it's own vase to keep the flowers fresh as we toured around taking pictures. Thank you Lydia!
