Repair Denver Mac Repair quoted at over $700 was under $500 directly through Apple. It may seem daunting but the Apple mail in service is pretty straightforward and just as quick as a shop like this, when they also have to order parts and wait for them to be shipped. Denver Mac Repair: consider offering price-matching?

Brought my work computer in and they asked me to buy a part online and bring it in myself, though they didn’t use it for the repair. They then put it on a shelf and forgot about it for more than a month, during which I lost much needed income. I figured the delay was pandemic-related so I tried not to hover. I finally had to call to check in on it and they had a few more days to “look into it” before calling back to tell me they couldn’t fix it. When I arrived to pick it up, the employee told me they could have fixed it, but it would be “easier to just bring it to an Apple Store” which I did end up doing. They offered a vague apology and still charged me full price- I’m not even sure they opened or examined the machine. They seemed nice but I regret the hideous waste of time & money.

Good Repair, Good Communication, Fair Pricing. I brought my 2015 model MacBook Air here for a repair. I hadn't been able to use my computer in quite some time (wasn't turning on) and I didn't know why. I brought it here for a fairly priced diagnostic and they did a good job communicating to me the root of the issue, time it'd take for the repair and pricing.
Was a smooth experience and they worked on helping me with my repair instead of pushing me to buy a new pc like the Apple Store did. Would recommend to friends/family.response / report this review -

Working with Denver Mac Repair continues to be a truly outstanding experience. They repaired our Mac Pro that been dead for nearly 5 years, its running like a champ, better than our 2018 MacBook Pro. Plus, their backup support has been the best we could possibly expect. Highly recommended.

DO NOT take your computers here. I dropped off 3 computers on 7/9/2020 that my business needed repaired as fast as possible. We were quoted 3-7 for repairs (BUT DID NOT GET THEM BACK UNTIL 5 WEEKS LATER, 8/14). I was informed parts needed to be ordered and that they would need an extra week, which I agreed to and fully understand as a fair reason for extra time. I was called on 7/30 with an update that the machines were still not ready but they expected to be done the following week. No call the next week, no call the week following. After no calls or updates I finally called on 8/14 and was told my computers were ready "weeks ago." Beyond frustrated, I went to the store immediately to pick up our computers, 1 full month later than quoted. A nearly $1500.00 bill was only discounted $100, less than 10%. When I asked for fair compensation for their mistakes made I was told that was all they were willing to offer.
As a small business owner myself, I'm beyond frustrated with the entire situation and how poorly it was handled. The owner of this company lives out of state. I highly recommend finding a true local company with local ownership, so if this happens to you, you may actually have a fair chance to receive fair compensation for the terrible service delivered.response / report this review -

This is the single greatest place to get your apple products fixed. I’ve been coming here for years and after an incredible experience yesterday with Oscar, it was enough to inspire me to come here and recognize it. These guys are genuine and they really care about keeping you as a repeat customer in every waytoo bad that Apple doesn't have these guys running their customer support department, we’d never wait 5 hours to get a screen or battery replaced again and you would be treated like a human being who has things to do and not unlimited funds to spend. Big thanks again to Oscar for the insanely quick, thorough and hospitable service I received yesterday It was enough to make me write my first google review in years. These guys really go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure yours is an excellent experience. If they can make you happy, they will do everything they can to do so. Do yourself a favor and come here first.

Wow! I brought in a water damaged MacBook Pro and they brought it back to life! Looks fantastic and runs fantastic !! Gabe is phenomenal! His professionalism and customer service is nothing less than fantastic! He accomplished an amazing job!

Just Awesome! Took my Iphone in when it wouldnt charge expecting to pay for a replacement docking piece. Took it in the back and used a specialized cleaning tool and viola, phone charges again. When I asked how much they very kindly let me go for free! Great service can be hard to find and it is so welcome in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The next time something breaks I will happily pay this establishment for the fix because of their help today. Highly recommend.

I had an older machine that I love, but was running super slow. I'm not a fan of the new Macs, so I brought it in to see what these guys could do. They went through the specs of my computer with me, and in the end they recommended that I don't put a lot of money into the computer due to it's limitations. I ended up purchasing a new machine elsewhere, and having them transfer the data. I really appreciated the honesty they showed, and the guy I talked to was really thorough. Good service all around.

The associates are truly amazing and had my comptuer repaired within 24 hours. The environment is very welcoming and I love their musical taste. My computer looks brand new and I am beyond pleased w/ the repair. A little pricey but definitely not their faultapple makes you pay for good quality. Thank you all so much!! Best wishes!

As always, these guys did a fantastic job with fixing my iPhone! They were prompt, super helpful and courteous, FAST, and did an amazing job. Screen repair on my iPhone and iPad look brand-new. Did I mention they're fast, too?! I recommend bringing any and all Mac/Apple products here if you want a great job done with your stuff. The guys are really knowledgeable and have great customer service. Definitely bring your stuff here. The shop is really nice, very comfortable to relax in while you (shortly) wait for your screen repair.

Denver Mac Repair is the place is go if you're having problems with your apple products. Came in to see Brandon about a new battery and a cracked screen. He fixed it right away and at an affordable price. Definitely going back! (But I hope not)
