my cashier she was so awesome. I can't remember her name. my experience was great! My cashier even helped me above and beyond for the Kohl's charge card. Explained everything, everything I needed to do I don't see her name on the receipt, but, she is great😁🙏😁
I always love shopping at Kohl's.

Not my place to shop. Had to return 2 Amazon products. That went fine, but then there was no price on products that were in the back. Waited few a few minutes and then walked to the front to get a price. Had to walk back and wait a few more minutes. Finally got a price that was 35% higher.
Just not my kind of place.

I went on to do a return for an item I purchased online for $21.14 minus the 3.85 Kohl’a cash. I was suppose to have 21.14 go back on my card that I used to purchase the item but instead the associate returned 12.09 to my card and gave me a $5 Kohl’s cash. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I presented all of the receipts for my purchases I was returning and instead of the items that were o. The receipt that I use my debit card on going back that the associate put all of the refund back on my Kohl’s charge card and gave me a $5 Kohl’s cash coupon. I since then canceled my charge card I did follow up with a manager at that store. I don’t not intend to do any more shopping at any Kohl’s because their customer service at the returns desk is horrible. I wish I could have given no star at all.

I used this store to return shipments to Amazon. It is super easy, no boxing, just show the QR code Amazon sends you and you are done. Kohl's gives you a 25% coupon but it has many restrictions on use.

Love the choices for boots. They have clothes and boots for all sizes. I like looking at the new items for the kitchen.

Busy Kohls with friendly staff. Kohls has a funny way of hooking you to come back via the Kohls cash. Never seem to be able to use it again, but in the back of my mind I feel like I have to go there. Prices are par with everything else unless you find that deal you are looking for. Store was always clean and service was on point.

The women's clothing racks are a mess. Sizes are not on the right rack and sizes do not match the sizes on the hangars they are hanging on. Clothes are jammed tightly onto racks. Good luck finding anything without digging through EVERYTHING.

Why over priced. They like to make you think your getting a good deal by comparing there prices to the manufacturer, but you can find better prices just about anywhere and they don't price match. How doesn't price match anymore? I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

Great place for adult clothing as well as kids. They have Kohl’s cash that you get for so much spent. For my wife that’s not a problem. We buy are coffee from them using the Kohl’s cash.

Those who work in clothing retail must have the patience of saints. To see all the disheveled pairs of jeans, pants, shirts, etc. Laying all over the place. I would've gone insane. Considering, this place is well kept and clean. Enjoyable.

Probably the best clothing department store in Longmont. Many thought that new options would come with the new mall right across the street, but after dinner and a movie over at "the Village at the Peaks", you will end up here if you need a new fashion look tomorrow morning
