They are the worst.. Guy answered and then said he couldn't help me after he told me he will provide me with the best customer service. Told me I have to call Wells Fargo to see if I can get any equity on the mortgage !!

This company is a flat out joke, three years in a row they have been late paying my property insurance, I’ll pay to prevent a lapse in coverage in the sum of 1800 bucks and three months after the due date they finally issue payment and I’ll get a reimbursement from my insurance company. Not a single person at this company speaks English, and what they call English is a joke, their accents are so thick with a middle eastern dialect that it creates a impossible language barrier. You’ll never get the same story twice they are constantly lying to you when you call. This place needs to be shut down by the government ASAP. I will refinance this next year just to get the loan away from these idiots. I’ve read several different horror stories of these fools forclosing on people who have never missed a payment!

The best think that can happened to me, i really fell so sorry for so many bad reviews that they do not deserve, because this is the company that have give more loan modifications and more chances to the homeowners to keep their home, if is not for them i will not have my house.

If there was a lower starred in this y'all don't even have a star to pick because y'all have five stars is there anything below five star like a piece of s*** star I can pick. I will put lower this is the most sorryest mortgage company that I ever seen as sure is funny how they could take your money and when they could take your insurance money and get you have to wait for days and weeks until they can release the money for the contractor to do their work but one thing you pay for your own insurance they don't but they sure can hold on to it I ask to speak to a manager supervisor assistant manager there the most sorriest company there is can't wait until your houses are gone and you'll have no home to go to. Happy holidays just like we're going to have happy holidays with nothing can't wait till the god. Hairicane takes your God. Homes and you don't have nothing but to sleep on the freaking ground

My in-laws were trying for 1 year to refinance with this company. They blatantly lied to them, switched the reps every other month and asked them to keep resending paperwork. Then they asked her to pay thousands of $ when they had promised no money would come out of their pockets from the beginning. Lies.response / report this review -

My husband worked for this company. He came from environment that promotes team work and assisting clients, his former employer relocated to another state. Ocwen does not work efficiently from the inside out. When employees attempt to solve the issues they are met with termination. They are currently being sued by regulators in several states. The are restructuring under Homeward, BEWARE!!!

Can never speak with anyone. They are no help at all. The most unprofessional, rude, company I have ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would. Can't say enough how unpleasant it is to contact them, and that is when you can reach someone.

Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the worst of all financial companies existing in the United States of America. Unbelievable, Ocwen does not even deserve an star but, in order to post this review, at least you have to given them a star!!!!!. More than a financial institution, represents a group of unscrupulous people, out of financial and real estate laws. It is impossible to communicate with a person in the US, because their customer service is out of the USA and their representatives are a group of inexperienced, inefficient and disrespectful people unable to give you a convincing reason for your question or concern. When you send a complaint officially, even sent by a lawyer, you receive long after a single answer:" your lawyer is not authorized to receive information and they need more time to respond". Simply, read the large number of existing unfavorable and negative opinions and reviews on the internet, to consider seriously the need to end this dirty business with a company that is not possible to negotiate or litigate amicably. Just I consider necessary to denounce his unlawful proceeding to the competent authorities and sue them in court.
