This place would definitely get 5 stars if they would invest a little money in the upstairs, re-felt the billiards tables and replace the carpet.
Other than that, Incontro is great. So nice to find billiards tables in a really nice restaurant, definitely not your typical "pool hall".
Very good beer selection, and awesome selection of all kinds of whiskeys! Knowledgeable and friendly bar and wait staff. Very good food!

Great experience, food was succulent and the drinks were awesome. Our waiter Connor was very professional, had a great personality and was not overbearing. Overall great fine dining experience!

We went for dinner. I chose chicken picante and my guest got the thurs special, eggplant. My food was great. However the eggplant was so tough we had to request a steak knife to cut it and then it could not be chewed. We requested it be sent back and another item brought out. Upon receiving the bill, the new food item was charged to the bill (which was more expensive) and the returned item was taken off. As my experience at any food establishment if a meal is not adequate and replaced, it is taken off the bill. Not to mention the waiter was only at the table to take the order and drop off and pick up the bill. Since I was using Groupon, and my card for the difference, he said he needed the manager. Instead of bringing the manager to the table, he took my card along w my unlocked and open phone to another part of the restaurant out of view. Very unprofessional and made me feel uneasy. The food is good. Service is not.

Overall a great experience! I enjoyed their diavolo pasta w/ shrimp&lobster tail. The shrimp were some of the biggest I've ever eaten. Was the pasta made in house? Very very good. Dark interior, so just make sure you get a booth!

Dim lights, deliciously prepared food. Highly recommended. Casual dining, lounge, bar, pool tables i mean if your looking for a place to chill, reminisce, bring your spouse. We also have a kids menu.

Among my favorites! Everything I've tried from both the dining room menu and the lounge menu were delicious. The food is fresh, creative, and cooked perfectly. The deserts are so tasty. The wine selection includes many options. There are plenty options to appeal to beer lovers. The mixed drinks are made perfectly. The staff is incredibly friendly and very efficient. Love the old building and the atmosphere. Upstairs billiards room is a good time. The dining room is pricey, but worth it for an occasional splurge.

I just finish eating over there about half an hour ago. There are 2 flies over our 3 dishes all the time. I called my waitress twice because we were very disturbed by these 2 little guests, but she could do nothing about it (NOT even change a table for us). While I went out, seeing two other guys working there at the entrance, I complained about the flies. They said very cold SORRY, once. One rolled his eyes and another one kept playing on his cell phone. (My 8 year old said to me: MOMMY, he said "sorry" the word but he really didn't mean it.) What a restaurant! I am a returning customer and live pretty close to it. I feel very sorry about today's experience. Someone'd better do something about it, either the flies or the cold manners.

We've been here several times for the past two years and I have to share it's gone downhill since.

Imaginative dishes, fresh fish , and expert service inspired us to return many times.

Last time we the at the upstairs bar, service was terrible and they were out of advertised tuna at 7 pm or so,

Tonight, my daughter picked up a pizza to go. The online menu was outdated and nothing much was averrable other than a $17 mediocre white pizza-loaded with cheese and a few slices of fresh tomato.

Really Incontro., if thats the best you can do I'm not coming back. Ever.

The building is nice and the food was really quite good, but what killed it was the service. Everyone we encountered (hostess, waitress, bus boy) were very curt and unwelcoming. It seemed like our decision to eat was too much of an inconvenience! Our waitress, Jaime was her name, was not attentive and not polite. I don't think I ever heard a Thank you or Your welcome from any of them.

Also, the scallops entree had little scallops and was mostly vegetables and rice.

I felt very unwelcome here and will not be returning.

Love the lounge upstairs. Haven't been to the fancier dining room downstairs. Watched the Kentucky Derby there and had great drinks and an excellent meal. Very casual and lots of fun.
