  Ian's did such an amazing job at taking care of my BMW after I was in a minor accident when I got my car back it was absolutely beautiful. They took care to go the extra mile and make sure that it was detailed too! Chris did a great job, making sure everything was in good working order and kept me informed every step of the way excellent excellent customer service!

  The people are very nice but the communication was terrible.
  
  I was never called about updates or parts that my car needed. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and they told me it would be done by Friday afternoon of the same week. It wasn't. It wasn't even done Saturday or the following Monday. A 4 day job took 14 days to complete. Once again, I was never contacted about why it was taking so long or when I could pick it up. I was always the one calling them for updates because they never offered any information otherwise.
  
  One time when I called, they told me it was going to paint and I would be able to pick it up the following evening. Well when I called the next day I was told that a part needed to be supplemented (I was never told that) and that it would be at least 2 more days because it still had to go to paint.
  
  Needless to say, the people are very nice and the work they did was very good. But they grossly underestimated the time I would be without my car which was beyond frustrating to go 4 times longer than you originally planned.
  
  I was very disappointed with my experience. I had heard and read good reviews of this place and maybe I was an extreme case.
  
  I will say that the owner reached out to me after learning about my experience and they were able to help clear some things up and I am very appreciative of that. They understood my concerns about lack of communication.

  Ian's is your one stop shop for your car repair and insurance adjustment needs. The staff at Ian's are all extremely professional yet make you feel right at home! Their office is lovely and very welcoming. It's a family owned business and every bit of their work ethic radiates that mentality. A lot goes into the process of car repairs and communicating with the various insurance agencies. It can be a long and sometimes difficult process no matter where you go. The staff at Ian’s take their jobs very seriously and always have your best interest in mind. You will not be disappointed if you choose Ian's! Give them a call or swing by the office. Truly one of Winston-Salem’s finest.

  We have entrusted Ian's with many vehicles over the years, from small little fixes to more larger ones! We have always been 100% satisfied from the minute we get the estimate to the minute we pick up our vehicle. I highly recommend Ian's! They are so professional and get the job done, not only perfect but when they say it will be ready for pick up, it is! We have never been let down! That means a lot! I would not go anywhere else! PSthe owners are really fabulous, good hearted, caring people! Thank you David, Heather and all of your staff for always coming through for us!

  I just my 2015 Kia Forte worked on after a fender bender, it's looks brand new and the staff was super friendly! I recommend Ian's to anyone who needs some body work done!

  Ian's Body Works showed excellent customer service and professionalism from the start. They kept me updated throughout the repair process with emails and photos of the progress. Conveniently, a rental car was available for me at their location saving me an extra trip the day I dropped my car off including a discounted rate. When I picked my car up, I was amazed at how clean my vehicle was. They looked like they detailed it it was so clean!

  I am extremely impressed with the work at Ian's! They made my vehicle look amazingly new and made certain to look for underneath damage that was not visible. This shop is definitely a place of great standings. The staff is professional and I was very pleased with their prompt attention to my concerns. I recommend this shop for anyone looking for a body shop to fix their vehicle. Very knowledgeable body shop staff. Management is a plus. I feel confident I'm driving a safe vehicle
